Jose Lopez, Jr. and Jose Ramos are two very excellent electricians! They came to install a whole house surge protector. But found problems with the old breakers that could be a potential safety issue. That hazard has been taken care of today during the same visit. My Mom and I are relieved and extremely grateful!

James did a great job. He went above and beyond to explain the equipment and how to care for it. Highly recommend him!

Noah Sims was a great technician and recommended and ready to service my plumbing needs.

Jose made us a visit and looked at our AC unit as well as the electrical issue. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable as to what the issue was. I would recommend him and Willard Heating.

Getting a hold of these folks by phone is almost impossible. All calls go to an answering service and they dont communicate well with the home office. Their phone system has been broken for weeks. The buildup in the pipe where the system drained was clearly evident when he took the time to show me the picture of the inside of the pipe. I had a thorough plumbing inspection done with Justice Norris. He looked at absolutely everything that had to do with water. He even uncovered an outdoor faucet I needed! He went under the house and took pictures and showed me the needy spots. I could tell he loves his j I b and giving me information. I highly recommend Willard![

Repair new heating system

William did a great and thorough job; with a high level of attention to detail. He made several suggestions on preventing future issues, and gave several options for us to think about.

Right from estimates, appointment, to completion of installation of a brand new Lennox system - 3T + 3.5T....every tech was extremely professional in telling you what they are going to do....as well as taking pictures to let you know how they did it. Five stars all the way.

These guys are great. Did a great job installing and I use them four times a year for service. Well trained and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I used Willards after a referral from my neighbor. I have been pleased with their professionalism, speed and willingness to make sure I understood the water sensor on the Water heater! I have the protection plan they offer to help keep things in the home running smoothly. A big plus for me!
