Kirk Hollo was asked to tighten the faucet as it had come loose. He took exceptionally long to do so, and when I checked, he said he had somehow broken the automatic turn on, and I needed to fix it myself. He was exceptionally rude, and I would never use this company again.

Kirk was polite, and fast and efficient. We really liked him. He sent us pictures of the job. He put our name on the bill (misspelled) but William's office in Bozeman changed it when I called. He explained everything to me before and after the job was done. He got us as good a price as possible. So we are happy.
