I had a great experience with Willing & Able carpet cleaning. They were very easy to make an appointment with, called me ahead time with an ETA which was very helpful as I have 2 dogs. David was detailed and extremely knowledgeable about carpet cleaning. He let me know everything I needed to treat the carpets, having 2 dogs and a baby on the way. He was pleasant to talk to and was quick and efficient. When he was done our carpets looked brand new! All of the stains had been lifted. I will absolutely be using this company again next year to clean our carpets! Thank you for your help!

The technicians were very courteous, explained what they were doing for the grout sealing and worked in tandem to complete the service quickly, efficiently, and seemed to be thorough. They then followed me to the other house and again performed my requested service and did a couple extra things for me free of charge. I would highly recommend their service to anyone interested in having grout sealing, cleaning and carpet and upholstery cleaning.
