Window World of the Chattahoochee Valley

This my 2nd time using window world of Chattahoochee. Daniel and his helper did a outstanding job of taking my windows out and installing new ones. There attention to detail is class act. They are very friendly and professional. I would recommend this crew to any one getting windows done.

Good product, bad customer service. Have many issues, like wrong doors and color, windows mis-measured and old windows put back in with huge gaps. Literally have cardboard I put in the gaps. No resolve with company, very unpunctual as far as making it right. Haven’t received a callback as to how they are going to make it right.

All of the above! We have had the same installers twice. They work together really well and do a great job

The crew that came to my house and install my window were very knowledgeable, professionals, respectful. I will recommend this group of professionals to my friends and family.

Added vinyl siding. From the window installation to the vinyl siding installation, everything went great and looks phenomenal! The crews that did each installation are so friendly and courteous. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Steve and his crew of Greg and Dakota were excellent! Attention to details, professional, patient, and just so enjoyable to work with. As were the window crew and door crew. We love our new siding, windows, and doors. It’s like an almost new 1947 house.

Great experience!! Had previously used a competitor and had a better experience with Window World. The installers were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and proficient. They did a great job! The windows are fabulous and they were a better quality and price than the competition. I can’t wait to have Window World come replace the rest of my windows!

From John with the sales team to Jeff and his installation crew the Window World guys were professional, timely, polite, and experts at their craft.

They were on time, called when they were on their way, were pretty fast even though my old windows were ancient and reluctant to leave their home, and cleaned up what little mess was made. The windows look beautiful inside and out now!

We just wanted a quote, to price out several window companies, to have options. Before we knew it we had unknowingly signed a contract with them. We told them up front, we wanted just quotes. So if your want a dishonest company, Window World is your go to!

Travis Batts installed our windows and did an outstanding job. We have 8 windows (different sizes) and our house is on a hill. Our neighbors came and complemented on the phenomenal work. Very polite and impressed with the service and our new windows.

Installation for all windows in my house took 4 hrs! Everything was so e quickly and seamlessly! They guys were very polite and cleaned up before they left!

The guys(Matt, Brandon, Caleb and Wyatt) were so kind and considerate of me and my home. They cleaned up after install and if there was a decision to be made, I was always included in it. Very professional! The crew was excellent! Kind and very respectful. Any questions I asked they answered. 5 stars with work and quality! My windows are so beautiful!

These are the worst people to do business in Columbus. They don't show up on time, they don't return phone calls and worst sloppy workmanship. They don't even deserve a one star. They have those commercials like they care. They don't.

Our window replacements couldn’t have been a smoother process! We were amazed at the professionalism and expertise of the installers and the attention given to their work to make sure we were completely satisfied. We would definitely recommend Window World to everyone!

Once the appointment was finally made....(they had said 2 months and it was actually 3.5 months later) everything went smooth. The windows were removed and replaced in one day. And they look great. We love being able to open our windows and have the screens!!!

They did a great job on replacing my windows. Crew was very organized and professional. The only negative is that they did not wear face mask while working inside the house. That should be a requirement of the company during these times that we live in.
