This my 2nd time using window world of Chattahoochee. Daniel and his helper did a outstanding job of taking my windows out and installing new ones. There attention to detail is class act. They are very friendly and professional. I would recommend this crew to any one getting windows done.
Good product, bad customer service. Have many issues, like wrong doors and color, windows mis-measured and old windows put back in with huge gaps. Literally have cardboard I put in the gaps. No resolve with company, very unpunctual as far as making it right. Haven’t received a callback as to how they are going to make it right.
All of the above! We have had the same installers twice. They work together really well and do a great job
The crew that came to my house and install my window were very knowledgeable, professionals, respectful. I will recommend this group of professionals to my friends and family.
Our installer was the best. Steve C. Is very good at the install. His attention to detail was awesome
Added vinyl siding. From the window installation to the vinyl siding installation, everything went great and looks phenomenal! The crews that did each installation are so friendly and courteous. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
Steve and his crew of Greg and Dakota were excellent! Attention to details, professional, patient, and just so enjoyable to work with. As were the window crew and door crew. We love our new siding, windows, and doors. It’s like an almost new 1947 house.
Customer service oriented. Ensured that the work area was clean upon completion. Very satisfied with my new windows.
We are very happy with our windows. We replaced all of them in our house including two picture windows and a custom window. Travis and Jeff did the installation. They were absolutely amazing!!! They were professional, timely and very accomodating. It was clear they knew exactly what they were doing and the end…
This was my third time using Window World. My prior experiences were all A+++, so I did not expect any less than top notch. Again, I was not disappointed. The Lead installer still had the same crew with him, which says a lot to have zero turnover. The entire crew were polite, professional, and very…
Daniel, Brandon & Randy were just great! (Not to mention they were local guys) Very professional, respectful, hard working and thoroughly cleaned everything when the install was complete. They all worked extremely well together. Great job !!!! Jerry & Margie Nicholson
They were professional, on time and did an amazing job
Very Satisfied- On Time - Completed Entire Home installation 16 Windows
Replaced all the windows (19) in our older home and it looks amazing!! Quality is better than expected and the price can’t be matched! Highly recommend
I was very impressed with the people and the quality of the Product. Terrific service and installation. I recommend this company to everyone and I will use them again in the future
Matt and his crew were awesome!!!! Would recommend Window World to family and friends!!!!
The service guys did great work clean up behind themselves inside and out and made the necessary minor repairs to fix it right
Great job experience, the window installation team that installed my windows work together well, and they did a great job.
Matt and his team with Mike, Jason, and Cody, were very professional and courteous in doing the job of installing a new glass window and shutters to my house. The quality of work that Matt and his team did was excellent. Matt took his time to explain and talk to me about the whole process of what they were doing.…
I ordered windows over 2 years ago and they are still not installed properly and damages to my home is left unrepaired. It took at least a year for them to do the initial install in which they brought some of the wrong windows with no screens. It's been another year and I'm still trying to get them to finish the…
Very pleased with the finished product and installation. Everything done as promised and expected. Great crew. Quality work and left absolutely no mess behind.
The crew, Daniel. Jeremy and Gage did an outstanding job. Windows look awesome. They were professional and efficient. They cleaned and put everything back! Only way I knew they had been in my house was that I had awesome new windows!!@@@
Friendly and professional workers. Got the job done phenomenally.
We had a wonderful experience from the time of ordering our windows all the way up to the end of installation. The whole team was amazing to work with! Everyone was very informative and polite and they did an outstanding, flawless job. We will definitely use Window World for any future projects. Thanks again!
Jonah and Arlen worked so hard and did such an awesome job installing our windows! They were extremely helpful and were so very polite! We will be recommending Window World and Jonah and Arlen’s installation to everyone 😄 We hope that they will be recognized for their excellent customer service and dedication to…
Great experience!! Had previously used a competitor and had a better experience with Window World. The installers were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and proficient. They did a great job! The windows are fabulous and they were a better quality and price than the competition. I can’t wait to have Window World come replace the rest of my windows!
Very good technician kind and professional seen to know his job very well I would like for him to come again if needed
They arrived by 8:30am and were very professional. They got to work right away and explained how each window would be installed. The windows look great and they got 19 windows done in one day.
My experience with Window World has unfortunately not been the best experience. The guys who did the installation did a awesome job. The Windows look beautiful and I can already see a difference with the power bill. The owner, Andy did his best to make things better. The bad experiences with Window World start…
I received a text message the day before they came out, with times and a reminder of the prep work I needed to complete. They called me the morning before they got here. The guys were professional, explained what they were doing, answered all my questions (I had a lot), vacuumed up inside when finished, replaced all…
From John with the sales team to Jeff and his installation crew the Window World guys were professional, timely, polite, and experts at their craft.
They were on time, called when they were on their way, were pretty fast even though my old windows were ancient and reluctant to leave their home, and cleaned up what little mess was made. The windows look beautiful inside and out now!
Window World did an excellent job installing ten series 4000 windows in our home. Their quality is only matched by the professionals who installed them and I would absolutely use them again. They were kind, helpful and did a great job cleaning up after the install. You will not be unsatisfied if You give them a…
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for Windows. Daniel, Gage, and Brandon were wonderful!
Guys were professional, timely and cleaned up everything afterwards.
The Window World crew communicated with us on every step of the installation of our new windows. The two Man crew (Jeff and Travis) called to let us know they were on the way and arrived earlier than promised (which is an A+ in our book). Jeff and Travis were very professional and knowledgeable, which put us at…
Fantastic experience! They were all very professional. The windows were installed very quickly. Would highly recommend.
Excellent customer service. Very thorough and friendly!
No service after the sale. Pray that you don't have a problem after installation. I have a window that won't stay open. I have been calling for weeks for someone to come fix it. I have even called Customer Relations through their toll free number. Not even the courtesy of a phone call. Check out their competitors…
Well worth the wait....Thanks Window 🌎 World. I never knew just how important windows were until today. From start to finish I have developed a new appreciation. Plus they are super easy to clean and have really neat security features. Jeff and The Dream 💪Team were Superb! It was a pleasure to have them do our…
Good
I was confident after meeting Scott during his visit that Window World’s product would not disappoint us as customers and he was right! The installation crew today was on their game like window ninjas. They showed up on time, got to work quickly and had all 20 windows done in record time! Crew was great and I hope…
Wonderful Installation Crew. Polite and professional at all times. Addressed my concerns and showed us how to use the windows. A very Happy Customer
We purchased two windows in February and waited til June for these windows to get here. I can’t really hold that against the company but what I can tell you that Travis called us around 8:30 am the day of installation to tell me that he will be here around 10:30. I told him that’s fine. I didn’t expect him to just…
Very professional and efficient.
I would recommend people save themselves the headache of dealing with this company and purchase their windows elsewhere. If I could rate zero stars I would. I am 1 year out from paying for my windows and still waiting for them to complete them. Today they are already 2 hours late but considering they are…
Travis did a excellent job. Went beyond good work. Plus was by himself putting in a big picture window!!!!! Would highly recommend him and window world!!!!
We just wanted a quote, to price out several window companies, to have options. Before we knew it we had unknowingly signed a contract with them. We told them up front, we wanted just quotes. So if your want a dishonest company, Window World is your go to!
Excellent service and product. Very happy with results.
I wouldn't let this company work in my dog house, very unprofessional, no customer service, no communication and no repercussions for when the "employees" mess up. I ordered 9 windows on January 28th and paid in full "which was a mistake" they take 10 weeks to make because of covid and 2 week install period, they…
The team did a great job from selling to installing. Windows are great and look amazing.
Travis Batts installed our windows and did an outstanding job. We have 8 windows (different sizes) and our house is on a hill. Our neighbors came and complemented on the phenomenal work. Very polite and impressed with the service and our new windows.
Installation for all windows in my house took 4 hrs! Everything was so e quickly and seamlessly! They guys were very polite and cleaned up before they left!
I would like to say that these guys were right on time they were here at 8:30 like they said they would be and they finished at 12:30 16 windows what a amazing crew thank you window world I would highly recommend you to anyone Now I can open the windows and get all the fresh air I need.
The two technicians that showed up were on time, thorough and efficient. They explained to us what they were doing and steps taking. They also moved around based on our needs; I work from home so they installed office windows while on my lunch break. Explained everything to my husband on screens to how to clean…
The initial job was great; although they were late arriving, they did call. The windows are beautiful. One window, however, was damaged when they brought it and they were supposed to come back to fix it. THEY called ME and scheduled a day & time to replace the broken window frame. They did not show up or call, so I…
Absolutely professional workers. They were on time and very courteous. The new windows gave my house a new look. Simply beautiful!
The guys(Matt, Brandon, Caleb and Wyatt) were so kind and considerate of me and my home. They cleaned up after install and if there was a decision to be made, I was always included in it. I am so pleased with the windows and Matt made sure to demo all the features of each style of Windiw. It was a pleasant experience s as nd a job well done.
Window World came out to do my windows and everything was great! Guys were on time and explained everything they were doing. Highly recommend!!
Jeff and his crew came in on time, got right to work, did a professional job and my new windows look fantastic ! I would highly recommend Jeff and Window World !
The entire experience was positive from sales to installation. Highly recommend!!
After searching around, Window World was the best price and quality. The installation was quick and professionally done! They arrived first thing in the morning as scheduled. We will now have them do the rest of our windows soon. 9 down and boy do they look spectacular!!! Wore masks 😷 in doors.
We love our new windows! The guys at Window World replaced all of our windows and did an excellent job for us. Very friendly and courteous, too.
All around great company. The ladies in the office are amazing and tend to the issues and jobs as if it were their own. Speedy install and clean great work. Highly recommend Window World.
Great customer service! Easy and professional to work with, would recommend to anyone not familiar with the process. I had tons of questions and they were there to help with everything!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This installation team was very professional. Jeff explained what they were doing , they went right to work, was in and out in 2 hours. They clean up everything. I was impressed and very satisfied with the windows and the service. I would highly recommend them to anyone, in fact they will be back to my house shortly…
loved working with Window World!!! Installers were phenomenal!!! we would recommend this company to everyone. love my new windows!!!
I ordered windows for my house in sep 2020 and they told me it will take 10 to 13 weeks for them to install them. Finally got call from them in january that they will be comming to install the windows on january 11. But nobody showed up on the given time. So when i called they told me they have to finish some other…
They were very professional and answered all my many questions. They really did a wonderful job. I am very pleased.
I had some Windows replaced, some Doors replaced, vinyl siding, gutters and other work done. Almost all the work look good except some columns installed in my front porch. They do not look good, work looks not trimmed correctly. They were supposed to come back and finish it correctly, they never did. A window…
Great people who did a great job
Very professional! The crew was excellent! Kind and very respectful. Any questions I asked they answered. 5 stars with work and quality! My windows are so beautiful!
The guys was on time they communicated on what the plan of the day ! They did a great job of cleaning up inside and outside! Most important they exceeded expectations by finishing the job in one day which made me & my family extremely happy!
The window installation guys did a wonderful job......The only problem was the business office need to communicate with the client between the ordering and installations process. To give the client updates.
Team did a great job, arrived early and finished with installation and clean up before 14:00 hr. Very Professional.
These are the worst people to do business in Columbus. They don't show up on time, they don't return phone calls and worst sloppy workmanship. They don't even deserve a one star. They have those commercials like they care. They don't.
Placed an order to replace windows in my home. I was told it would take 6-8 weeks and I completely understand do to Covid-19. However, it's been over six months and not so much as an update on my windows. I called and they said the windows ONLY been in a couple of weeks. I guess if I hadn't called they would never…
Our window replacements couldn’t have been a smoother process! We were amazed at the professionalism and expertise of the installers and the attention given to their work to make sure we were completely satisfied. We would definitely recommend Window World to everyone!
Once the appointment was finally made....(they had said 2 months and it was actually 3.5 months later) everything went smooth. The windows were removed and replaced in one day. And they look great. We love being able to open our windows and have the screens!!!
I have used window world 3 times in the pass 5 years. They are very efficient and friendly. I have recommended them to several people. Thank you window world and your staff. I love my new windows. Terri Olson Columbus Ga.
Great company, honest and professional. Will do business again. Thanks.
Over the past four days, I've had the most awesome crew, Steve, Dakota and Scott giving my home a well needed face lift. Through the process, any questions or concerns I may have had, they would take time to address them. Steve was very detailed in his explanations and satisfied any and all concerns I had. All…
Our windows look great! Installation was quick and the guys were friendly and efficient. Thank you again!!
Several months back I needed a damaged window replaced. WW quickly provided an estimate and install. The window was so aesthetically pleasing, I call the day of install for a quote on the other nine windows. I received a timely quote and my install occurred today. The two young men were courteous and respectful,…
They did a great job on replacing my windows. Crew was very organized and professional. The only negative is that they did not wear face mask while working inside the house. That should be a requirement of the company during these times that we live in.
Had new windows installed and siding installed
Very professional, quick, friendly and just all around quality of workmanship, could have used a day before courtesy call but other than that did exactly what they came to do
Travis Batts and Tyler did an awesome job. They were very courteous and professional. With the service we received we would highly recommend Using Window World.
Very happy with my new windows, Travis and Tyler did a great job and were very polite and professional.
The installation personnel were very friendly, professional, and hard working. Even during a rain storm. They provided updates to point out special findings during the entire process. I LOVE our new windows and doors.
