We are exceptionally happy with the entire process of working with Windows of Wisconsin to get a bedroom window replaced. Everything from the sales experience, to the getting the stain color correct to installation was excellent. If we have any windows to replace in the future we would only work with Windows of Wisconsin……………..Thanks to all of you!

We purchased windows in 2002. They came with a lifetime warranty and even though they no longer carry this brand, they honored the lifetime warranty. Trey was our technician. He was extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable. We are so glad we went with Windows of Wisconsin.
Overall, great customer service and products from this company; I look forward to the improved durability and energy savings with these. The only concern I had with the ordering and installation of the windows was a delay in communication from the company when items weren't ready according to the initial timeline…

We recently had a bay window converted to a glider window and also had our patio door replaced by Windows of Wisconsin. We're very happy with both the process and the final result. Thom was great to work with during the estimate process. He answered our questions, explained our options, and made us feel comfortable moving forward. The installation crew were professional, courteous, and clearly cared about doing the job right. The window conversion looks fantastic, and the new patio door has been a great upgrade as well. After the installation, Thom handled the final walk-through and made sure any remaining questions or concerns were addressed. Trey later came out to replace the screens as they were manufactured a little short, and was friendly, prompt, and easy to work with. The only hiccup we experienced was getting the initial installation scheduled. It took a little more follow-up than I expected, but once everything was on the calendar, the project moved along smoothly and communication was good throughout the rest of the process. Overall, everyone we worked with at Windows of Wisconsin was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on customer satisfaction. The quality of the work speaks for itself, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for new windows or doors.
