We were recommended Unlimited brand window replacements by Jody; whom is wonderful to work with and trustworthy. They're made for our midwestern weather and made in the U.S.A! If it was up to me they would get zero stars! Jody is beyond disrespectful! I wanted a new patio door with a dog door. Jody came out at the end of January. Supposedly placed the order early March! With a down payment of half. Don't hear anything for months! Contacted Jody about the door at the end of June and he said he would get back to me. Didn't hear anything for over a week. Called him a week later and he said we will take to his people and would get back right back to me. Didn't hear anything back for hours. So I called back and said I'm waiting for them to call me back. I told him I would like to cancel since it's taking forever. He argued with me about it and fully disrespected me. Then he told me he would mail me a check for the down payment. He sent the check supposedly! I seriously had to contact him MULTIPLE times to receive my money. After almost 3 weeks I had to threaten to sue him for him to finally deliver the check to my residence. I will NEVER recommend!!! Absolutely terrible customer service!

We were recommended Unlimited brand window replacements by Jody; whom is wonderful to work with and trustworthy. They're made for our midwestern weather and made in the U.S.A! They are so solid; I can't even hear the road noise anymore! Our home stayed a lot warmer and our monthly heating bill rolled back! Nate installed and wrapped our windows. We kept our interior wood trim. He's superior at what he does and such a pleasure to have working on your home. His work is outstanding to every detail! As a bonus to us, we were even able to add a pop of color to the exterior trim! Zero mess left behind! Jody came for the final inspection which really made me see how much he values his customers. Such a solid company; who makes you feel like family!

Excellent to work with! Stood behind their work and did a great job! Patient with questions since it’s my first time replacing windows. Best estimate on replacing my bay window!
Wisconsin Window Pro’s were just what we needed when a turkey flew through our living room window. Jody was both responsive and professional! Our window was repaired and it’s great to see outside again! Thank you for the great service!
