This is my second year having WiseGuys do the Christmas lights on our two story house. They are excellent about communication re: making or changing your appointment. This year, our WiseGuys were Yanis and Carlos Ortega. They let me know when to expect them and arrived on time. Both were polite and friendly and did a great job. I had given them a thumbs up and they had loaded up their ladders to leave. Yanis noticed one bulb that was slightly out of line, so they grabbed the ladder and Carlos went back up to fix it! Excellent customer service from start to finish…I highly recommend them!

Be very careful in dealing with this company. After they were finished, they left a very noticeable 4 foot vertical medium yellow streak on my roof. When I called to make them aware of the situation they asked for photos and took forever to come out to address the issue by rinsing the front area of the roof again. Then a couple of weeks later, I noticed additional light colored areas on the roof. I called the second time and sent more pictures. This time I was met with unprofessionalism and arrogance. Instead of acknowledging the second set of issues, they insisted on telling me that they took time stamped photos before and after and that my claim was invalid. When I asked to see the timestamped photos they sent me pictures of the roof after the roof was washed the first time which I could tell because the bricks were still wet- which doesn’t prove anything. I don’t understand why this situation is so difficult. I simply asked for them to come out and rinse the one side of my roof a second time to ensure they did not leave any cleaning agent on my roof. After all, if they missed an area on the front of my roof, it’s highly probable that they missed an area on the side of my roof as well. My roof is only four years old- it should not look like this. In summary, if you want to spend over $1200 and argue with people then certainly sign up for their services. Otherwise, I would probably look elsewhere for soft wash or pressure washing. I hope thisbreview helps other consumers.

Sean, we take any concern about possible property damage seriously. We reviewed our timestamped before-and-after photos, which show that the same condition and color variation visible in the photo attached to your review were already present before our cleaning. We sent these photos to you directly, so you have the same documentation. Although Google does not allow us to attach the before photos here, they remain in our records.
The return visit referenced in your review addressed the original area you reported. The section pictured here is a different area of the roof that was raised later.
During separate follow-up conversations, two of our team members attempted to explain our findings and assist you, and both were met with disrespectful language, including profanity. We welcome the opportunity to discuss customer concerns, but we expect those conversations to remain respectful.
You described us as a large company. To clarify, we are a founder-owned, locally operated small business. We take that responsibility seriously by documenting every project, responding when concerns are reported, and basing our conclusions on the available evidence.

In the past, I would pressure wash the driveway on sidewalks and deck and patio either myself or pay another service, but I am going to donate the pressure washer because the quality (and the cost) of using Wise-Guys make my feeble attempts and the multiple weekend investment pale by comparison.
