Advertised a free consultation - falsely advertised. I spoke with the firm and was advised it is $150 for a 30 minute consultation.
Sorry for the confusion. We do offer free consultations, and we do many of them every week. However, we can only do so much in a free consultation. For people who need our attorneys to evaluate documents, review existing agreements, or request specific legal guidance, we offer a limited-scope engagement where we meet with them for a specific amount of time (30 min, 60 min, etc) for a flat fee. Those consultations are much more thorough and comprehensive. For many, that's all the legal help they need; for some, it's the first step in retaining our firm for full-scope representation. We do not, however, offer unlimited legal advice for free simply because our website says we offer free consultations.
