I’m very happy with the services I received at Wrench It auto repair. I had to get new motor mounts for my jeep. Juan and his team were great. I appreciated the Honesty and transparency. So glad I found this place. Meineke was charging for unnecessary parts and labor. These guys quoted me a price, and when I came to pick up, it was even less than expected… and I was fine paying the initial price. Juan was very informative and professional. Quick turn around. I’ll be back!
We had our suburban towed there. They allowed us to drop it off which was helpful. We live so far from Vegas, but this shop was able to help us. They replaced the transmission beautifully! Do not bring your car here for anything to do with the engine.
I had work done 6 months ago. Took them 2 weeks to get it done and they said they replaced all my spark plugs, coils, an injector, o2 sensor, and fixed the misfire problems, it cost $1,300.
The exact same problem started happening again so I take it back. Took them 4 days to tell me it had nothing to do with the work they did before and they have to replace another injector and some sort of pump, so I said go ahead. Another 7 days pass without update. So I call and they said the work is done, they just need to test drive to make sure..so they sit on it another 2 days. I told them I cant wait any longer and they (suspiciously) give me the car back and say "we couldn't test drive to check so no charge for now, just bring it back if it's not good."
I dont even get it out of the parking lot before it starts having the same issues.
Took it to the dealership instead and they sent me videos of what's wrong. Only 1 of my spark plugs had been replaced and all the coils are completely shot. Nothing to do with the bs they were telling me and everything they said they had already fixed. What did y'all do with my car when it was sitting there for OVER A MONTH

Juan and team were very supportive and communicative throughout my automotive repair process.
I have recently moved to Vegas and road tripped from Washington state to Nevada. My right front passenger side was making a weird noise while I was accelerating on the freeway turning left.
I came in at 8am on a Friday, October 2, 2026. Juan and team were able to diagnose my car early in the morning and shared I would need to replace my control arms and axels. The team could not fit me until the following Monday. I elected to come in Thursday, October 15, 2026, and Wrench It was accommodating. My car was ready to drive Friday, October 16, 2026, in the AM.
Prior to the service beginning Juan communicated that due to the rust there maybe more work needed in order to drive my car safely.
I ultimately needed an alignment, steering knuckle, knuckle bolts, front wheel bearing, and front callipers/rotors/brake pads replaced.
I feel the costs for repair were reasonable and when there were updates Wrench It would give me a call and notify me of any changes.
I am very happy with the timely work done on my car and feel safe driving. Wrench It communicated that my parts come with a 1-year warranty and I feel confident returning for any additional car maintenance.
While I was waiting there were a multitude of other customers going in and out but I never felt rushed.
I would definitely recommend supporting a small business and going to Wrench It for automotive/car repair and maintenance, thank you!
