The guys that have come out in the past are quick, honest, respectful & do a great job. Guy last summer notified me that my gate catch broke off & that he tied it shut. Didn't give excuses try to hide it or not say anything. I told him I appreciate a company that is honest & transparent (Accidents happen) They have always done a great job.

After multiple visits, the crew leaves trash, trimmer line and branches in the yard. They haven’t cut behind the fence in the alley the last two visits and they don’t trim hedges or low hanging branches. Not to mention the weeds growing up through my patio and sidewalk. I’m disappointed that I have paid for incomplete service.

Hello Shannon- my office manager, Melonie just tried calling you to discuss this review. I also spoke to my team about your concerns. Luis said he did run the trimmer across your driveway and sidewalk, which is not part of your yard and not typically something that is part of a normal service. Although they were doing it to be kind. Luis said he couldn’t get to some of it as there was a car parked in the driveway and the there was someone sitting on the sidewalk so this is probably the areas you are seeing that were not taken care of. As for trees and shrubs, this is an additional service with any lawn care company unless there is an agreement before hand that you want it done and will pay the additional price. We appreciate your business and hope that you will reconsider your rating. We are always happy to try and improve, but can only do so much if we are not aware of your concerns. Have a great weekend.
