X Out Pest Service review (final cut): Called X Out like I was asking them to dispose of a body. Them: “Yeah we’ll come do that.” Me: “Are you sure.” Them: “That’s our job.” Me: “…yeah but okay.” They send Isaac. Isaac pulls up. I immediately go full house-arrest disclosure like I’m reading him his rights. Me:…
I’ve used X-Out off and on through the years and they are always great. Henry J. Took care of our wasp and ant problem - he’s very thorough. I should have called him sooner - had an ant problem that caused $600 in A/C damage and a red hornet wasp stung a family member. Nothing replaces good pest control, not even…
Henry Jackson, Service Manager was fantastic! Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!
The representative/ technician that came out to our home was extremely professional. I believe his name was joel! He informed me of the cause of the ant issue and also explained what he was spraying and how it will help our issue. He was fast and extremely professional yet warm! Definitely will recommend to others. Thank you sir!!

Great company with good prices and customer service. Special shoutout to Alex G. That treated our home!
Josh L. was great! He asked if I had any questions and thoroughly sprayed the inside and outside of my house. He checked for wasp nests and sprayed for red ants as well. He wasn’t distracting and got everything done pretty quickly. I would highly recommend him as your technician!
We have been very happy with X Out pest services. Alex G is the young man who services our home and has been doing an excellent job. He comes by quarterly, but if we have any concerns he will come by in between services if needed. He has been very attentive, friendly, and informative with anything we need. I highly recommend this company.
Had Alex come out and do our first initial spray of the property. He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He was courteous during our conversations and explained what he was going to do. He let me know that the chemicals he was using were safe for our pets and kid. Was very pleased with how thorough he was.
Alex G. was very knowledgeable, respectful and extremely accommodating answering all questions and concerns I had. No notes. Would utilise again if need be. Pricing was good and asked what my budget was. Very prompt service.

First time customer. I called and spoke to Josh in their office. He was very knowledgeable and polite. Got straight to the point and discussed all fees up front hiding nothing. Made an appointment and Issac showed up exactly on time. Great communication on his E.T.A. He went over all the services and fees again so…
