X Out Pest Service review (final cut): Called X Out like I was asking them to dispose of a body. Them: “Yeah we’ll come do that.” Me: “Are you sure.” Them: “That’s our job.” Me: “…yeah but okay.” They send Isaac. Isaac pulls up. I immediately go full house-arrest disclosure like I’m reading him his rights. Me:… Read full review

I’ve used X-Out off and on through the years and they are always great. Henry J. Took care of our wasp and ant problem - he’s very thorough. I should have called him sooner - had an ant problem that caused $600 in A/C damage and a red hornet wasp stung a family member. Nothing replaces good pest control, not even… Read full review

We have been very happy with X Out pest services. Alex G is the young man who services our home and has been doing an excellent job. He comes by quarterly, but if we have any concerns he will come by in between services if needed. He has been very attentive, friendly, and informative with anything we need. I highly recommend this company.

Had Alex come out and do our first initial spray of the property. He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He was courteous during our conversations and explained what he was going to do. He let me know that the chemicals he was using were safe for our pets and kid. Was very pleased with how thorough he was.

It is with great sadness that I post this review. I have been with X-Out for more than a decade. It’s not just a business, it is family.
