Josh Lujan was my technician. He was professional, asked questions about the specific pest problems we were having, and communicated what steps he took to address everything. He was very thorough and it was apparent he was not overly rushed like other pest control company techs I've seen.

This was our first time using X Out Pest Services, and Henry did amazing! Our service window time was 8am-12noon, and Henry was here a couple of minutes BEFORE 8am. I've been utilizing X-Out for over a year now and the service has been top notch. I left Aptive after they raised rates and I couldn't be happier with Henry and the team.
