The service was great. They treated our main areas of concern and sprayed around the whole house. They even took care of a couple wasp nests on our neighbors house with their permission.

Josh Lujan was my technician. He was professional, asked questions about the specific pest problems we were having, and communicated what steps he took to address everything. He was very thorough and it was apparent he was not overly rushed like other pest control company techs I've seen.

We've used X Out for pest control for two years and have had minimal issues since beginning their service. They're always very responsive and proactive about being in touch if we aren't able to be on site. We are super appreciative! Josh was our latest technician and he did a great job communicating.
