I had called to get rid of ticks around my property and Valdo was very good at explaining the process. I had many questions and he answer them all.

I didn't have a great first experience, but Henry really came through and turned the company around for me. Great communication, kept me updated on arrival time, and did a thorough job trying to make sure I didn't keep having issues with hornets. Valdo was great! I was about 10 minutes from home and he waited so I could let him in and spray for drain nats.

They made it comfortable and were very friendly on my first time home visit. Very impressed and glad I found them. They knocked down 6 bees nest that I couldn't reach bc they were so high and they did it with no issues.

After comparing many other pest control businesses in my area, I found that X Out is the best value overall. I love that they are a local business, too. Tre did a great job of answering all of my questions and caring for my home. 10/10 recommend!
