I contacted this pest control service for a termite inspection after noticing slight hollow sound in one of my wooden cupboards. The technician inspected all wooden furniture in the house, including doors, shelves, and bed frames. He explained that termites often spread internally before showing visible damage. Great Service with an even better staff. Our service technician (H) was professional & expediant, but better than that, he was a down-to- earth, personable guy. He answered any & all questions and took care of business. I've used X Out at our previous house, so we'll see if there are any problems on the new build.… Read full review

Same day service and prompt attention. Thought I might have a bed bug situation, Josh L. did a thorough assessment and although it was less money for him, told me no, it’s a few german roaches. Set me up for ongoing service and was kind to my dog. Can’t recommend them enough

Very happy with the customer service rep we talked to and our technician that treated our house for wasps. Josh L. did a thorough inspection and treated all areas needed. We opted in for a treatment plan and look forward to continue doing business with X out.

X Out Pest Services is a great company to work with. Josh L does a thorough job, and my home and yard remain pest free. Great service!

It is with great sadness that I post this review. I have been with X-Out for more than a decade. It’s not just a business, it is family. Henry is always there for me at a moment’s notice, Jason has crawled up in to my tiny attic to find out where the smell is coming from. TJ braved a hornets nest to eliminate them… Read full review
