My service rep was Ricky, very professional quick and friendly. Feel like it was great value to keep the family protected :)

Technician Henry was great! Very professional service.

Noah was awesome. He was friendly and thorough. He did a great job. The company itself is responsive and reliable. I am very happy with their service!

Henry has been coming to our home for a little over a year now (new home owners)…and he always takes great care of us and our home. We highly recommend his services!! Many others have come to try to replace him and X-Out…but the personable customer service he provides out does everyone.

Joel was outstanding in his services today! We have been using them for preventative pest control for over 2 years. Highly recommended.

Outstanding service. Technician was very professional, explained everything before beginning and was thorough.

Henry is an excellent representative of X-Out Pest Control. He is punctual, attentive, courteous and thorough. He always makes sure to remember the “problem” areas such ant hills in the yard, hornets nesting under the back deck and changing out glue traps at entrance to garage. He’s friendly and engaging and always… Read full review

Henry is the BEST! Very knowledgeable, very professional, always a great experience when he services my home. If i could give him more stars I would.

The people in X-Out are both very professional and happy to help. This is the first time I have had a pest inspection done where they not only check for and remove bugs and cobwebs, but they even hosed down any debris from the job.

When I called, Josh answered the phone and was quite receptive and answered all the questions that I threw at him. I just needed preventative pest control for my home. Noah came over the next day to perform the service. He was professional, attentive and responsive to my needs. He answered the questions that I had… Read full review

Today was my first day having service with this company. Or understanding how important it is to have pest control maintenance being a first time homeowner. I called several pest control companies last week and accidentally booked another company that came last week and did a terrible job. Good thing I saved the… Read full review

We have been using XOut for about a year and are extremely happy with their service. Yesterday while doing yard work, we discovered a fire ant bed. We called and they sent someone out this morning. Joel was kind and professional and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend them.

We moved out to Spring Branch in September of last year and started pest control services on day 1. Joel has been out here 4 times as scheduled and he's now like an extended part of the family! He comes with a smile and is super friendly to us and our dog who now recognizes him. He makes sure there aren't any issues… Read full review

Josh came out to service the home and did an amazing job. He displayed great customer services and thoroughly explained the process so I knew exactly what was included in my service. I look forward to the ongoing service plan I have with X Out!

They are truly amazing with excellent customer service. Henry was so helpful and patience with me as he explained everything he was doing. Since we started using them we haven’t had any problems with any bugs and stuff. Definitely do recommend their service.

Their customer services is amazing. We had Henry come out and treat our home he is so friendly and extremely knowledgeable on the products and services xout uses. We will definitely be recommending them and Henry to our family and friends.

When we signed up with them we told them what we needed and the size of our "small" land less than a acer. Ask today to have the front yard sprayed out to the road, so my daughter could play... Nope their equipment does not reach. The spray tech busted our back gate. I was charged a re-fee when our land still had… Read full review

We just signed up with X Out on Wednesday. They were able to schedule me for today (Friday)! I was so excited as I knew I had tons of fire ants in my big backyard but I didn’t realize actually how bad the situation was until Wednesday which prompted me to call. Henry came by to do our initial home treatment and also… Read full review
