The inspector (Jim Bogatto) did an excellent job, Jim was very professional, on time, very knowledgeable, explain what he was doing and checking as we walked along with him doing the home inspection. I would highly recommend Jim of (Xcellence ) for your home inspection. Thanks again Jim for doing that outstanding job!
