Sean Bacon was very knowledgeable and professional when performing my inspection. He should be training others to do the same. I trust this company with all my properties when it to inspections.
Great service! I have now had three inspections done, by three different employees of Xcellence Inspections Service and each one did an outstanding job! Very knowledgeable, professional and to the point with your inspection.
Good people to do business with!
Rob was excellent. Very professional and very thorough!
It was wonderful to work with our inspector, Robert. He was friendly, extremely thorough, and great at explaining what he was seeing to the untrained eye. I'll recommend this business to friends in the future.
Sean was very thorough with my home inspection. He walked me through ever little detail and explained the importance of every part. Sean definitely taught me a lot of things during our walk through. Definitely defined the brand name Xcellence throughout the whole process. Will be using Sean again with any more investment processes.

I am a new home buyer so I really didn't know what to expect from an inspection. Sean was meticulous, thorough (the drone was an especially nice touch), communicative and more than anything, patient. During our appointment several others inquired about retaining his services which goes to show you how impressive he…
