We had a very large dead deer in our hillside, which started attracted a huge amount of vultures. We called them and they were out in an hour to remove it. William and Byron did a great job getting it removed and cleaning up the debris. I would use again for any wildlife removal.
Prompt, personable, professional. We knew from first telephone contact with William, that he was experienced, honest and knowledgeable. And, he was effective.--problem solved in one day. No BS, no up selling, no obfuscation. A pleasure to work with.
I called William over a holiday weekend when I discovered raccoons living under my shed, followed by a flea infestation. I was just intending on leaving a message and was pleasantly surprised when he answered! Since it was a holiday, he obviously wasn’t able to come out that day, but he was incredibly kind, generous…
William gave me genuinely helpful free advice about my situation, walked me through what was likely happening, and empowered me to try solving it myself. He also offers educational classes for gardeners who want to learn pest management. No pressure, no upselling, just honest expertise from someone who clearly…
I have a somewhat unusual experience with Xpert Rodent Solution. I called them to seek help getting rid of a raccoon which dug a hole under our deck and made himself a home there. William was friendly and thorough explaining what he could do to solve the problem, my options and costs. Than came an unexpected part -…
We had what turned out to be raccoons in our ceiling above the living room bay window. William arrived on time and set traps. Turned out mama raccoon had 4 pups. William found the exact location of the pups while mama raccoon was away and safely extracted them. It took a few times to ensure mama raccoon was away.…
William was awesome. I was battling rats, skunks and gophers all at the same time. He answered my call quickly and came the next day. He was very professional and explained all my options. Helped me to get rid of the pests and I know I will call him again if I ever need it!
William and his team were incredible. Diligent, responsive, and, most importantly, effective. They rid me of family of raccoons living in my crawl spaces and sealed up egress points for a reasonable price. Could not recommend them more highly. George C.
Very responsive and compassionate. Truly caring and knowledgeable about the wildlife. Responding within hours of notification of animal in trap. Relocating to undeveloped areas promptly Has extensive knowledge to find the appropriate method for the situation. A real outdoor professional.
William helped dispose a dead animal in my crawl space. He was extremely professional and prompt with his service. He also did a general inspection of the attic and crawl space and give me advice on any work that might need to be done. I would not hesitate to hire him for my future pest control needs.
William is the absolute best to work with. We have had some annoying rat issues with our place and he has been amazing and communicative to work with. Rats are crafty little dudes and he does a great job at problem solving and working with your schedule and budget to make your rodent problems go away. Really appreciate it!
