William found the exact location of the pups while mama raccoon was away and safely extracted them. It took a few times to ensure mama raccoon was away.… Read full review

Inspected my attic for racoons and rats/mice. William took his time and thoroughly inspected my attic. He came back another day to install barriers to minimize any chance of racoon, rats, or mouse entry to the attic. Used only stainless steel barriers. William is very professional, very knowledgeable, and easy… Read full review

William is the absolute best to work with. We have had some annoying rat issues with our place and he has been amazing and communicative to work with. Rats are crafty little dudes and he does a great job at problem solving and working with your schedule and budget to make your rodent problems go away. Really appreciate it!

William at Xpert Rodent Solutions is incredibly responsive in dealing with our chronic rodent infestation. The problem is an older house where the rats keep finding ways into the walls and attic.
