I heard a lot of scratching and banging above my ceiling. Figured it was a raccoon. It went on for 3 days. I called William. He came out promptly and set traps. 3 days later I had a giant sized rat in a trap. Nasty thing. William found holes in my roof and patched them for me. He is a pro and a nice guy too. Highly recommend Xpert.
