William is exceptionally knowledgeable and professional, and helped us with our mouse in the house problem the same day that we called him. We met with two services that wanted $1500 to $1800 to seal gaps that I knew did not provide access from the outdoors. The second one set a few traps for us, but as we…

We heard a rattle snake in the laundry room on a Sunday evening around 6 PM. We called, and William was at our place within one hour, as promised, found the rattle snake and removed it. Highly recommend Xpert Rodent Solutions!

I heard a lot of scratching and banging above my ceiling. Figured it was a raccoon. It went on for 3 days. I called William. He came out promptly and set traps. 3 days later I had a giant sized rat in a trap. Nasty thing. William found holes in my roof and patched them for me. He is a pro and a nice guy too. Highly recommend Xpert.
