Dan came in as quickly assessed the problem. After looking further, he noticed an error in the original installation of the main stack drain which should have caused major issues by now. Dan fixed the drain all within the hour. He also explained everything to me in layman’s terms so I understood.
The workers were professional. Presented them selves as knowledgeable and friendly. The work was done and they cleaned up after themselves
