Polite and friendly. Did the job in good time . Needed to update vent to code which required a charge. I was told that if they had to update per code, there would be a charge.
Found out my water heater was leaking and they were able to come fix it right away for an affordable price. Excellent customer service! Very professional, friendly and polite.
