Very professional, knowledgeable and reliable. I was referred to Marion Plumbing after my water heater broke, and had waited all day for a return call from another plumber. Marion Plumbing answered my call after hours, and when they heard I had no water they fit me in between their scheduled appointments the next day. They came in and capped the pipes of my solar water heater then came back at the end of the day to install a new water heater. They even helped me find a company to remover my broken water heater, then followed up the next day to make sure it was removed. I cannot say enough good things about this company, they came through in a time of need. I have already referred them to some friends.
We called Marion plumbing for a failed hot water tank, and the same day we got our estimate (which was better than competitors). They scheduled an appointment for the next day to come out and remove and replace hot water tank. The guys who came in for the service.. Matt and Steve I believe.. were great to work with. Polite, respectful and knowledgeable.

We needed our gas water heater replaced after it leaked out and shut off by itself. The water heater was about seven years old. I called the main number for Marion Plumbing and it said to call another number if this was an emergency. Well it was as my wife and I are in our 70's and we already were in the second day without any hot water. I explained to Steve, the owner our situation and he was very understanding and helpful. He had his crew, Matt and John come out this afternoon, to assess the situation. I thought they would come back tomorrow to do the work because of the horrendous heat and poor air quality today. I was blown away that they knocked on my door less than an hour later and told me it was completed! I also got a ten year warranty with new water heater which is what I wanted. A little more money, but well worth it in my opinion. My wife and I couldn't believe it! What great, professional service by these two men! They are in my opinion the very best you can get to do the work. Just two, hard working nice guys. I'm so happy I found this contractor online. I chose them because of all the five star google reviews and they are legit! Kudos to Steve, the owner and his wonderful crew. I will pass the word to all my neighbors of their excellence. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you guys!!
