Customer service is great, beginning at the time of scheduling through the visit at my home. They listen to my rodent complaints, attend to the issues, come up with solutions, offer suggestions and follow-up promptly.

I wanted to let you know that I received EXCELLENT service in the last few weeks from one of your technicians, Peyton. He went above and beyond and was gracious, knowledgeable and helpful. In checking out our property he noticed a wasp or hornet nest in our tree; put on a protective suit; pulled out a huge tool and…
Greetings. I have been a satisfied Yankee Pest Control customer since 2011. I've had to have 3 large hornets nests removed by technicians in the past 3 years. Most recently Shane and John were onsite to remove a Hornet Nest, 30' high on the crown of the roof. The large nest was mitigated without any issues, and I'm…
Rob and Chris were awesome in helping me deal with a wasp's nest in my attic. The yellow jackets were coming down into my house and Chris came back several times (outside his normal schedule) to help troubleshoot the situation and get rid of them for good. Thank you guys so much! Also - Matt is the best!! So patient and thorough. He saved us big time.
Leah has done an exceptional job for us. She is the most thorough tech we have ever worked with. Her reports are well written and she is happy to answer any questions we have. 100 percent will recommend
Chris and Nicole did such a great job and were so nice and professional. I couldn’t be happier!!!
I called Yankee Pest Control to remove a wasp nest located near the roof line of my two story home. The person on the phone was very professional and even called back to offer an earlier appointment that opened up. The day before the appointment I received an automated phone call confirming the date and time. The…
I noticed that I had northern yellow jackets nesting in the wall behind my outside electrical meter about a month ago. Yankee Pest Control was able to eliminate the wasps after 3 visits. In the first two visits, the pest professional treated the area around the meter box with dust. I was skeptical that the dust…
Had an issue with yellow jackets. Couldn’t find the nest myself as it was between the deck and house. John did a great job explaining what he was going to do, doing it, and then explaining the next steps. Would recommend to anyone in need.
Quick and professional, John took the time to explain it to me, provided great advice to keep everyone safe. It was great to also know that we are covered by the remaining of the season, if more nest colonies apear in the property
Always outstanding service! Cannot say enough good things about this company!
John M is professional, courteous and the most knowledgeable Pest Management Specialist I've ever work with. He is always on time and always willing to teach about the critters he finds.
Chris Graham was awesome! He asked questions so that he would be prepared with the right equipment, was on time, informative, and scheduled followup on the spot. Best in the business.
John from Yankee Pest came out and treated our house for a particularly difficult wasps nest in the eave of our house. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained every aspect of the service. I wish I had contacted them sooner!
John Moruzzi is number one service manager in USA.
Chris was so helpful! This is our fourth year with Yankee Pest Control and we couldn’t be happier with our experience.
Great job, came over same day, took care of it no problem. Gave us good updates and instructions for after the service. Thanks.
Chris was very kind and patient. He helped explain what he needed to do to treat the carpenter bees and wasps nests. He told me what to keep an eye on in the next few days and to call if I had any questions, which is great as a new homeowner. Great service!
I've worked with John for two years now and I have to say he is hands down best in class for professionalism, response time and customer service. His knowledge base has been an instrumental component to the improvement of our pest management program, and we're lucky to have him. Thanks John!
