I had a complex pest issue that required Yankee Pest Control to work with another contractor within a tight time window (while the infested area was exposed). The Yankee tech climbed a ladder and worked side by side with the other contractor to accomplish the job. Well Done!
I love this company. This is the second time I have used them. I called around to four different companies. I had a quote in the 400s, a quote in the 500s, and one for $600! The women in the office were fabulous to work with. The tech who came out, Scott, kept me informed, told me what to expect going forward,…
We have been working with Yankee Pest for years and our house has not had any issues with bugs and specifically ants. Scott visited the house and provided advice to control ground bees. His report was complete and clear. I would recommend to anyone with a need for pest control.
John was fantastic. Not only did he take care of the items that concerned us but also performed a "home inspection" and found multiple openings thru which pests could enter. He fixed them and it was all included. No extra charge! My experience with Yankee Pest Control was 100% positive. One thing I wont have to worry about anymore . Thanks John!!
Leah has done an exceptional job for us. She is the most thorough tech we have ever worked with. Her reports are well written and she is happy to answer any questions we have. 100 percent will recommend
We have used Yankee pest for our properties for years everyone is great, but we honestly can’t say enough about Johnny. He’s really a nice guy, always has a smile he never makes us feel like we’re bothering him with questions/concerns. Johnny definitely goes above and beyond to make sure whatever issue is getting…
Great service! And our technician Mike always does a great job very thorough.
Kirk has been by a few times this fall to help us with a little mouse situation. He has been super thorough and helpful- mice are gone! Thank you!
I just wanted to take a minute to express my gratitude on an excellent job done by one of your workers, Rob. Such a friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough person was sent to my house. I explained to him how we had an attic and that we see field mice scurrying outside a lot, wildlife had taken over since…
Dennis McCann did a thorough inspection inside and out, located termite damage along my still inside the basement, and educated me about treatment options and expedited the paperwork to schedule the treatment. He also sealed entry points for rodents, treated for ants and placed rat boxes, all with a smile! I felt…
Very professional service. They are always responsive, customer service and follow up is fantastic. They are very reasonably priced for their services (we will be using them a lot this year, unfortunately). The technician who has visited us twice now is extremely conciencious of our pets, which is the most important…
Technician (Mike) was incredibly knowledgeable! He explained root causes and prevention methods. He answered every question in depth and was thorough with everything he looked at. Great experience!
We work with Cory Wilson from Yankee pest and he is simply the best in the business. He's helpful and kind and his encyclopedic knowledge of the issues we may have is unreal.
Dennis the yankee pest control technician was very professional and extremely thorough with finding all available penetrations the varmints were entering our house and took over an hour using steel wool and a foam sealant to plug these holes, he then continued to install baited traps throughout the basement, 1st and…
Matt was prompt, courteous, informative and friendly. I had never used a pest service in the past. He immediately understood how very squimish I was about the mouse in the front deck. He thoroughly inspected the area and gave good advice for dealing with both the mouse issue and the tiny ants that plagued me in the late summer.
John Moruzzi was terrific. I had just purchased my “new” house and was shocked to find traces of mice. Then came the ants and a nest of bees in an opening in the house. And crewed wood from termites at one time. He was clear and professional, didn’t try to sell me anything but just fix my problem. With knowing the…
Yankee Pest has been very friendly and professional. I am going to sign on for their services and believe I will be satisfied.

In my 36 years in bakery business Yankee Pest is the best. Been using them for years now.
I had an infestation of ants throughout my apartment and with the help of Dennis from Yankee Pest, I was able to go back to living in a ant free apartment the very same day. Professional and got the job done in one visit. Would highly recommend, Thanks !
The exterminator Dennis was very professional and treated my home with class. He was very knowledgeable and offered his expert advice on a topic I have no experience with. Thank you for a job well done!

Chris Graham has assisted us several times over the years for various services/inspections. He is kind, professional and thorough. Thank you Chris and Yankee Pest Control! Highly recommend!
Yankee has been awesome! I can't think of anything they could do better. They took the time to really explain what was going on at the initial inspection and exactly how they were planning to address the issues. Also, with a pregnant wife at home, they go the extra mile to make sure treatments are safe and worked…
Chris Graham of YPC provided us with excellent service and was extremely friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend using Chris and YPC for any pest control needs.
Great experience.
Learned a lot - wasn't just spray and go away. They took the time to actually talk me through what I should be looking for, signs of an issue, etc.
John M. was professional, personable and very thorough. He explained the issues and made me feel at ease. He did a complete inspection and went above and beyond what I expected. Office staff is also professional and accommodating. Service from this company is so appreciated.
Chris was so helpful! This is our fourth year with Yankee Pest Control and we couldn’t be happier with our experience.
Great experience-from the very beginning! Folks in the office are so helpful and always friendly. Dennis did an excellent job when he came out to take care of our home - he was very thorough. He answered all of my questions and was so personable (it was over 100 degrees out and he still had a big smile). Highly recommend!
Yankee Pest Control, and owner and technician John, have been nothing but professional, responsive, and knowledgeable since my wife and I started working with them in the Spring. We bought our home in Essex last year and were having issues with carpenter ants. John has been incredibly helpful in taking care of the…
I've worked with John for two years now and I have to say he is hands down best in class for professionalism, response time and customer service. His knowledge base has been an instrumental component to the improvement of our pest management program, and we're lucky to have him. Thanks John!
Troy did an excellent inspection for evidence of termites and other pests. He emptied an old trap in the bushes near our house that had caught a squirrel, and most importantly, he treated the exterior of our home for ants and other crawling insects. He reviewed our contract terms with me and clearly explained that…
