I've been very happy with Yankee Pest Control so far for our residential mouse problem. Matt did the inspection, set traps and bait station, sprayed, and patched some of the entry points for mice the same day. He also pointed out issues that could help prevent mice from entering in the future. During his follow-up…
I have used Yankee Pest for termites for years with great results. This past winter I went through one of the worst mice problems in my life. They’ve been helpful all along the way. Today, technicians Sean and Igor came to re-inspect as well fill up some other holes. They were patient, courteous, and very…
Matt Ruggierio came to do the seasonal General pest Inspection. He looked at my garage at my request and he checked around the perimeter of house. He was very good. He was very personable.
Great company with consistently knowledgable and helpful staff. Today it was Matt and he was professional and very clear about possible issues and solutions. Really appreciated the time he took to explain what was going on and what needed to be addressed now, vs some recommendations for the future. Been using YPC…
Our condo association has been a YP client for over 12 years- we are always met with professionalism by the onsite service team and flexibility with the intake staff. Just wanted to provide a shout out to Kendra who did our exterior service today- what a delightful, courteous service- answered all my questions and…
I have had YP for years now & have been satisfied with ease of communication/scheduling. But I need to do a special shout out to Kendra who has come out the last few times. She is pleasant, eager to help and gives me great advice on what I can do to prevent unwanted visitors. I am now requesting her for my follow up appointments!
I wanted to let you know that I received EXCELLENT service in the last few weeks from one of your technicians, Peyton. He went above and beyond and was gracious, knowledgeable and helpful. In checking out our property he noticed a wasp or hornet nest in our tree; put on a protective suit; pulled out a huge tool and…
Matt explained what he planned to do. I was able to ask questions and get answers
I am really happy with our annual service with bi annual inspections. They always happen right when we need them and the staff are always friendly, polite professional and helpful!
John is amazing! He thoroughly inspected in and around my house, found and sealed the entry point that no other technician could find. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I put my trust in Yankee Pest Control and they didn’t disappoint.
John was fantastic. Not only did he take care of the items that concerned us but also performed a "home inspection" and found multiple openings thru which pests could enter. He fixed them and it was all included. No extra charge! My experience with Yankee Pest Control was 100% positive. One thing I wont have to worry about anymore . Thanks John!!
Leah has done an exceptional job for us. She is the most thorough tech we have ever worked with. Her reports are well written and she is happy to answer any questions we have. 100 percent will recommend
We have used Yankee pest for our properties for years everyone is great, but we honestly can’t say enough about Johnny. He’s really a nice guy, always has a smile he never makes us feel like we’re bothering him with questions/concerns. Johnny definitely goes above and beyond to make sure whatever issue is getting…
Great service! And our technician Mike always does a great job very thorough.
I just wanted to take a minute to express my gratitude on an excellent job done by one of your workers, Rob. Such a friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough person was sent to my house. I explained to him how we had an attic and that we see field mice scurrying outside a lot, wildlife had taken over since…
I have been using them for years for pest control. Have a yellow jacket nest somewhere in my house. They said they can’t get there for 2 weeks. Called A1 today and they will be here this afternoon.
Corey was very professional and listened to all of my concerns. When he found out I had a cat, he gave me great advice and reassurance to make sure my cat would okay if she were to ever get into the bait.
I've been using Yankee Pest for several years now and can't say enough about this company. From the person you speak with to schedule your appointment, to the technician who shows up at your door, this company is top notch. I had the pleasure of meeting Rob this past week for a semi-annual inspection. He was…

We have been dealing with pests and feeling like we were not winning the fight. Dennis became our new inspector and really did a great job to find the root of the problem. Dennis and Troy came out and did thorough inspections after hours and we have seen a great results. They really want to fix the problem for us…
Yankee Pest Control has been a wonderful company to work with since buying our first home. It's an old home, build 1900, and we unfortunately came across evidence of rodents after we purchased and YPC was recommended by a friend. Galvin, the owner, came out soon after I called to investigate the problem. He made…
Dennis was great explained all the procedures he was doing very helpful and did a good thorough job
Yankee Pest Control, with courteous office staff, ease and prompt scheduling, and great value to maintain your home, is my top choice. Dennis arrived on time, was courteous and respectful, and did a great job!
Dennis McCann did a thorough inspection inside and out, located termite damage along my still inside the basement, and educated me about treatment options and expedited the paperwork to schedule the treatment. He also sealed entry points for rodents, treated for ants and placed rat boxes, all with a smile! I felt…
Dennis arrived on time listened to the concerns and addressed the issues promptly and professionally.
Very professional service. They are always responsive, customer service and follow up is fantastic. They are very reasonably priced for their services (we will be using them a lot this year, unfortunately). The technician who has visited us twice now is extremely conciencious of our pets, which is the most important…
We work with Cory Wilson from Yankee pest and he is simply the best in the business. He's helpful and kind and his encyclopedic knowledge of the issues we may have is unreal.
Your employee Cory Wilson came to my home yesterday for my first visit. He was terrific! Professional kind efficient. I was very impressed and glad I had chosen your services.
Yankee pest control is a family-owned local company. We have been using Yankee pest for several years at restaurant locations and residential properties. Dennis the service technician has been great always going the extra mile to make sure we are satisfied with the services. They are very responsive when a issue comes up.
Dennis from the Yankee Pest Control came for a preventative service. He was right on time, inspected the kitchen, basement and garage area and left some traps to be able to track activity if any. Sprayed outside in the back and front. Found a hole/hollow area near the sidesteps and sealed it with foam as a…
Amazing service!
This company is wonderful! I hate that we have had to hire you and spend the money - it is quite expensive and I would have been better off choosing your yearly plan because it is less expensive than what I am getting for 3 months. Wish I had known this prior to the contract signing. This said, your employees are…
John Moruzzi was terrific. I had just purchased my “new” house and was shocked to find traces of mice. Then came the ants and a nest of bees in an opening in the house. And crewed wood from termites at one time. He was clear and professional, didn’t try to sell me anything but just fix my problem. With knowing the…
Yankee Pest has been very friendly and professional. I am going to sign on for their services and believe I will be satisfied.
Great service Dennis 👏
Dennis and Troy are very helpful, always friendly and accommodating and professional
We have used Yankee pest for over 8 years. The first time was at a previous property for squirrels invading the roof soffit overhang. Their fast and professional response was (and has always been) awesome. We especially want to point out the exceptional service we get from John Moruzzi. He comes here twice per year…

The exterminator Dennis was very professional and treated my home with class. He was very knowledgeable and offered his expert advice on a topic I have no experience with. Thank you for a job well done!
Originally recommended by our neighbors for some ants we were seeing. We know recommend them every chance we get! Every tech that has come out has been very thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. Won’t use anyone else now. Highly recommend.

Chris Graham has assisted us several times over the years for various services/inspections. He is kind, professional and thorough. Thank you Chris and Yankee Pest Control! Highly recommend!
Learned a lot - wasn't just spray and go away. They took the time to actually talk me through what I should be looking for, signs of an issue, etc.
Knowledgeable. Professional. Nice. I feel so reassured working with these folks!
I've worked with John for two years now and I have to say he is hands down best in class for professionalism, response time and customer service. His knowledge base has been an instrumental component to the improvement of our pest management program, and we're lucky to have him. Thanks John!
Service Technician was outstanding. He had patience to explain to the nurses what the insects were, where they came from, the correct course of treatment and put their minds at ease. Highly recommend!
Troy did an excellent inspection for evidence of termites and other pests. He emptied an old trap in the bushes near our house that had caught a squirrel, and most importantly, he treated the exterior of our home for ants and other crawling insects. He reviewed our contract terms with me and clearly explained that…
Generally pleased so far with my service with Yankee Pest Control. They answer quickly and are informative on some of the issues we’ve had with new pest issues. Dennis was great bin his checks very observant
Dennis was professional and through with the inspection and treatment. Yankee Pest was recommended to me and I’m glad I chose to use their service. No one wants to have to call a pest control company but if you’re in need of pest control look no further.
