Customer service is great, beginning at the time of scheduling through the visit at my home. They listen to my rodent complaints, attend to the issues, come up with solutions, offer suggestions and follow-up promptly.
I'm leaving a review about your very rude technician. Noticing all of the rude and condescending replies left by the owner to negative reviews.
We’ve been with Yankee Pest for years and are always satisfied. Kendra definitely went above and beyond. She was so thorough, helpful, knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend and will hopefully see her again!!
I've been very happy with Yankee Pest Control so far for our residential mouse problem. Matt did the inspection, set traps and bait station, sprayed, and patched some of the entry points for mice the same day. He also pointed out issues that could help prevent mice from entering in the future. During his follow-up…
I wanted to let you know that I received EXCELLENT service in the last few weeks from one of your technicians, Peyton. He went above and beyond and was gracious, knowledgeable and helpful. In checking out our property he noticed a wasp or hornet nest in our tree; put on a protective suit; pulled out a huge tool and…
Leah has done an exceptional job for us. She is the most thorough tech we have ever worked with. Her reports are well written and she is happy to answer any questions we have. 100 percent will recommend
Dennis did a great job and was very personable and professional
Used Yankee Pest Control today for the first time. I have to say, Johnnie from Yankee was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He certainly put me at ease and explained the plan moving forward. Thank you
Yankee Pest did monthly services st the properties I work for. Matt is AWESOME!! Professional, personable and his work is great! Never worked with a pest control company with SO MUCH KNOWLEDGE! I recommend them to EVERYONE! When issues DO arise, they are right on top of it! We never have to worry.
We have been dealing with pests and feeling like we were not winning the fight. Dennis became our new inspector and really did a great job to find the root of the problem. Dennis and Troy came out and did thorough inspections after hours and we have seen a great results. They really want to fix the problem for us…
Yankee Pest Control has been a wonderful company to work with since buying our first home. It's an old home, build 1900, and we unfortunately came across evidence of rodents after we purchased and YPC was recommended by a friend. Galvin, the owner, came out soon after I called to investigate the problem. He made…
Yankee Pest Control, with courteous office staff, ease and prompt scheduling, and great value to maintain your home, is my top choice. Dennis arrived on time, was courteous and respectful, and did a great job!
