We hired Yankee Pest Control in January for our (new to us) home after spotting a mouse. Kendra has been our primary tech and is fantastic- knowledgeable, tenacious, and persistent in trying to solve our mouse problem! Also highly recommend the annual program as it’s a fantastic value and great for peace of mind.
Leah has done an exceptional job for us. She is the most thorough tech we have ever worked with. Her reports are well written and she is happy to answer any questions we have. 100 percent will recommend
Very professional and friendly! Dennis was efficient, covered what we had discussed, and even took care of webs and spider nests as he came across them. Much appreciated!
We have used Yankee pest for over 8 years. The first time was at a previous property for squirrels invading the roof soffit overhang. Their fast and professional response was (and has always been) awesome. We especially want to point out the exceptional service we get from John Moruzzi. He comes here twice per year…
John M is professional, courteous and the most knowledgeable Pest Management Specialist I've ever work with. He is always on time and always willing to teach about the critters he finds.
The exterminator Dennis was very professional and treated my home with class. He was very knowledgeable and offered his expert advice on a topic I have no experience with. Thank you for a job well done!
Originally recommended by our neighbors for some ants we were seeing. We know recommend them every chance we get! Every tech that has come out has been very thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. Won’t use anyone else now. Highly recommend.
John Moruzzi is number one service manager in USA.
Learned a lot - wasn't just spray and go away. They took the time to actually talk me through what I should be looking for, signs of an issue, etc.
Great experience-from the very beginning! Folks in the office are so helpful and always friendly. Dennis did an excellent job when he came out to take care of our home - he was very thorough. He answered all of my questions and was so personable (it was over 100 degrees out and he still had a big smile). Highly recommend!
I've worked with John for two years now and I have to say he is hands down best in class for professionalism, response time and customer service. His knowledge base has been an instrumental component to the improvement of our pest management program, and we're lucky to have him. Thanks John!
I have been a customer of Yankee for 2 years mostly dealing with Dennis. When I first bought my house we would watch mice run all over the floor in the middle of the room without a care in the world. Yankee worked with me from day one to seal up holes to prevent mice from coming back. They’re fantastic to work with.
Dennis was amazing- extremely thorough and very personable. Would recommend yankee pest to anyone!
Dennis is awesome!!!! Really took care of us and explained everything he did and gave us a plan for the future. Will highly recommend requesting Dennis!!!
