I purchased new windows for my home about a year ago and I couldn't be happier. The whole process from getting a quote to getting the windows installed was smooth and stress-free. My house looks updated. My power bill is cheaper. The customer service was top tier. Thank you Joy and Ron.

We put new slider windows in our screened in porch and they did a great job putting them in. Ron was a pleasure to work with, he was informative and very responsive. The installers did an excellent job as well. I would highly recommend them for any window needs.

My husband and I decided it was time to replace all the windows in our home, and we couldn’t be happier that we chose Zen Windows!
From the very beginning, the process was smooth and stress-free. Ron reached out promptly to schedule an appointment, came to our home to measure all of the windows, and took the time to explain our options so we could choose exactly what we wanted.
Once our windows arrived, installation was scheduled right away. The installation crew was fantastic—professional, efficient, and they completed the entire job in just one day! The new windows look amazing, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations.
We had a wonderful experience from start to finish and would absolutely recommend Zen Windows to anyone looking for new windows. It was a pleasure working with the entire team!

Zen Windows is a great business. Ron answered all my questions and helped me choose the best windows for my house. The crew that installed the windows was one of the best I’ve worked with - respectful, quiet, cleanly, and professional. The product and company exceeded expectations.

We are so thankful for our Zen Team in knowing they take such good care of our customers. I am so glad you enjoyed our process. Thank you for allowing us to serve you!
We have had Zen Windows replace two different groups of windows at our house and each time we found them to be very thorough and professional. The most recent set was a fast but accurate and thoughtful installation. The techs left our home clean and tidy, and were very respectful during the process. All window companies take a long time to receive the finished windows, but Zen's are worth the wait!

I did a lot of research on window brands and dealers prior to finding Zen Windows. Once I zeroed in on SoftLite, it was a no brainer to work with Zen Windows. I had such a great experience doing business with Ron & Joy. They were so friendly, easy to work with through the whole process & I felt no pressure to purchase. Their communication was spot on and their installers are wonderful too. I felt very comfortable with the installers in and around my house. They were meticulous and made sure every little details was paid attention too. The windows immediately made my house feel more solid & comfortable. Not only did I get top notch windows, I also got top notch customer service. I have already been recommending Zen to others.

Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Zen Windows for the installation of new windows in our home, and I am thrilled to share our experience. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and exceeded our expectations.
What truly stood out to us was the professionalism and expertise of the installation team. The installers arrived on time, were courteous, and demonstrated a remarkable attention to detail throughout the project. They took great care to ensure that each window was installed perfectly, and they left our home spotless after the job was done. Their commitment to quality was evident in every step, and it made a world of difference in the final result.
It’s rare to find a team that combines skill, work ethic, and respect for the customer’s home the way the Zen Windows installers did. They answered all our questions, explained the installation process clearly, and made sure we were comfortable with each stage of the project. The finished windows look fantastic and have already made a noticeable difference in our home’s comfort and appearance.
I highly recommend Zen Windows, especially because of their outstanding installers. If you are looking for a company that delivers top-quality products and service, look no further. Our experience was absolutely fabulous, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
