Used Zerorez for 2 large area rugs, the technician cleaned one in home and took the other to their shop. The one that was cleaned in home looks like new. The technician Eddie was friendly, earlier then scheduled which was appreciated and went over everything with us throughly. I have high hopes that the second rug will come out just like new as well!

They called to let me know they were coming and they were at my house at the very beginning of my service window. Both guys were very professional walking me through the entire process. They were able to complete everything very quickly and made sure I was satisfied with the results.
