Great fast service. Zero chemicals. Will use again.
The entire experience with Zeroez was positive and professional. The carpet looks brand new.
We have 18 year old carpeting, and after having ZeroRez clean it, it looks almost new. Very happy with their service. The young man who did the work seemed very knowledgeable, and worked hard to please us.
I am a Realtor of many years and referred numerous clients and they have done work at my personal home. Up until now, I have been very satisfied and been on the job. My last experience was a Disaster. The home had a build up of what they call filtration soil around the edges. This was disclosed up front. It…
HIGHLY recommend!!
On time. Very friendly and professional. Excellent service!
I used Zerorez when moving into a new home where the carpet had dog odor. Scheduled online very easily. Very nice and professional to work with when I needed to reschedule unexpectedly. On day of cleaning, arrived on time and friendly when answering my questions. Process was explained and cleaning began, all very…

Cameron was fun to work with. On time, good job, helpful, and courteous. He is a credit to your company and its good name. Plus he likes dogs!
We had some carpet stairs steamed which looks better now than they have in a very long time. We also had our floors cleaned and they did a fantastic job. The technician was exceptionally courteous and cleaned up efficiently behind everywhere and seem to go the extra mile. We have use zero Rez a few times and will continue to use them in the future.
The services provided were exceptional. The technician was patient and personable and worked diligently to do the best possible cleaning of my carpeting.
Everyone I interacted with from the ladies who I spoke to on the telephone to the technician, Dontae were extremely professional and helpful! I am very pleased with the results and look forward to calling them back again to help with the rest of the house. Dontae made sure to ask questions about the space beforehand…
What an awesome job they did! Zach and Ray came out same day due to an emergency pet stain issue and cleaned up better than any other company I've used in the past! Reasonable pricing, professional and courteous! Never using any other company for my cleaning needs!!
Always professional, on time and courteous technicians. Pricing is reasonable and they usually have discounts. Will always recommend.
Great job! We have chronically pukey cats who have stained our carpet over the years. This is the 2nd time we've used this company and they've been awesome. My latest tech was Dante, who was very professional and kept me informed all along the way as he worked. Would recommend.
Great job!
Rob did a great job.
Long time customer of Zerorez. Not what I recall. One of the rooms was left so wet a blower had to be used to dry it out more quickly. Rags were dropped around the house that I brought out to tech. Thats when I noticed he left his powered pre-cleaner pump in the garage too. Easy stuff. Just lack of attention details. Nervous. Dunno
The technician was very conscientious, knowledgeable and explained the whole cleaning process in detail.
Edited the day after service: Called Zerorez the following morning regarding an issue with one room that had bad odor. Gave feedback on my experience, which they took seriously. They agreed to come back at no charge and address the room in question. Increased rating 1 star. The employee lacked attention to detail.…
Zerorez was great. On time, great work & good value. 2nd time using them & we will continue to use them!!
Great employee Rod! Thorough, knowledgeable, pleasant and did a great job on our carpets!
Arrived early. Did a great job.
Lou was great! He clearly showed up to do a good job, and exceed our expectations. He did indeed! He worked hard for 5 hours cleaning carpet, and tile & grout, all of which were challenging. We will ask for Lou again!!!
Don was very professional and did a wonderful job!
Amazing service and amazing professional employees 🙂
Our technician was very hard-working and professional - he showed me the progress he made in cleaning our leather sectional, which definitely needed it! - and let me know how long it would take to complete the carpet cleaning. He was patient and chatted with my talkative husband. I expected our bill to be at least…
