Representative arrived on time. Inspected all areas designated cleaning areas. Explained process and asked if I had additional questions. Cleaning did not take long, carpet and area rug look great. HAPPY CUSTOMER
Great job but significant price increase from last year so will probably not be able to continue next year but our technician did a great job.
It was just ok. Carpet looked about the same with vacuum lines. Walkways still had darker tracks and it looks like the machine misses about 1-2in off the wall. For those with allergies, the cleaning product left no scent. I’ll likely use my sub $100 carpet cleaner from Walmart next time and save the money.
Kyle was on point, did the job! Thank you!

I don’t feel like the service did anything, they just spray a solution down, and vacuum it up. There’s no scrubbing or agitation of the carpet.
