Carpet look clean but down deep it was still dirty and I'm probably going to call them and have them come back out because where I am satisfied with the look the cleaning part needs to be addressed because it is not clean.
We have used Zerorez since they opened in Jacksonville. I am always amazed at the miracles they are able to perform on our floors. Always polite, professional and kind. We are a grateful, forever customer.
After a long vacation my dogs were having stomach issues. The dining room carpet was a mess. While I got it up with the little carpet cleaner it needed a thorough cleaning. Dalton did a great job, was polite and professional. The Zero Rez team is the best in the business. I won’t call anyone else.
This is the 3rd time I've use Zerorez to clean my carpets and rugs. They do the best service, in my opinion, and it doesn't leave my carpets feeling sticky or crunchy with chemicals. The technician was so knowledgeable and professional. Can't say enough good things about them. Will continue to call on them over and over!
Excellent service! Tech took great care.
