Carpets look great and tech was courteous and kind. I've worked with Zerorez before, always pleased with the results.

Everything went smoothly! Blake was efficient, respectful and courteous. All stains removed from our staircase and our area rug looks brand new!

Cassy was awesome! He was thorough, explained everything he was going to do. He walked me through the rooms with all my questions. He was patient with me. He was early, which is a plus in my book. If I could do a 10 start I would. Thank you Cassy! You are an A+ in my book. ZEROREZ 100%!!!!!

Had the carpets on the stairs and area rug cleaned. The stairs look great. The great room looks great as well. A few spots from the cat have disappeared. I would recommend Zero Rez to anyone.

I hire Zero Rez every year because I love how clean my carpets get. Long ago I tried another carpet cleaner but I hated the toxic smells of the cleaners and it felt like there was residue. I’ll never do that again. I’m a lifetime customer of Zero Rez. Plus the customer service is always top notch!
