I've been a customer of Zerorez for over 10 years and have always been very pleased. So much so that I will NEVER use another carpet cleaning company because there is never a chemical smell or crunchy carpets afterwards. The tile grout is always amazingly clean after they're done. They truly are the best around.

Chris was nice and the carpets look and smell great! He took care to wear booties and protected our walls with corner guards. Impressed and will use them again if needed. I was happy with the technicians service but NOT happy with the cleaning of my area rug! I realize it was a light color but thought it should have been cleaner after the service. I feel like maybe you should do this again.

Jacob was so friendly and did such a great job. I didn’t feel judged for having “cat related issues” I felt supported and understood! I love how the carpets look, feel (and smell) and will absolutely use them again and again 😎

We just moved into a house where the previous owners had dogs. Zerorez did a good job, were early, and the whole process went very smoothly. I'm likely to use them again the next time we need the carpets cleaned.

I had a pet who’d been sick and the carpet needed to be cleaned and treated. Making an appointment online was very easy, the pricing was laid out in a straightforward and transparent manner. The man who came to do the work was very helpful, thorough, polite and respectful. He did an amazing job and I am very pleased with this company.

I have 3 dogs 1 cat 2 kids and a husband that treks everything in from the garage. He did a great job. He worked hard to get the carpets clean.
