Had my carpets cleaned. The technician used too much water and flooded the ceiling in the room below the one he was treating. Now they are not responding to my calls. It’s been 2 weeks and have yet to speak with a manager! DO NOT USE !!

We had 4 rooms done and stairs and all looks good. I daycare for 2 young children and like that they do not use cleaning chemicals that would be a concern.. Will use again and recommend.
On time and the job was completed in a timely manner with beautiful results and most of all was the price which was really great. The technician took his time and answer all of my questions that I had asked of him. I also showed him some cleaning projects for the future.
Last minute reschedule on property scheduled to be rented out next day from cleaning which made it total inconvenience for me and tenant
