Our experience with Cory at Zero rez was great! He very thoroughly explained the different processes and went the extra mile to ensure the troubled areas were completely clean and free of pet odors. Job well done!

Top notch communication, the technician’s work was exceptional. 10 out of 10. Will recommend and use again.

Great service (as always). They managed to fit me in, last minute for next day service. Saved us from a “Puppy fiasco”. Our home is fresh again. Thanks for fitting us in.

Prompt , professional and great service. Ace, was very knowledgeable and gave great demonstrations to highlight problem areas and best way to protect your carpet from future stains.

Corey did a good job. Nice and personable.

Nathan was professional and did a great job!

Just had ZeroRez clean our 15 year old carpets. Are they perfect? No, but thats not on them, thats on us for neglecting our carpets. I can tell you that some of them looked like a crime scene, but they are MUCH better looking now! The technician was super professional and respectful of our home, which i appreciated.… Read full review

The kid did a very nice job cleaning the carpets. The reason I give 1star is because I was quoted a 4 room special @ 165.00 + 50.00 additional for pet stains in one room. To my surprise my bill was 835.00, I was shocked. The only explanation by the office manager was well we can’t see your carpet so it’s up to… Read full review

Another great cleaning from Zerorez. Nick does an excellent job and always takes the time to explain my options clearly.

The technician was prompt, personable, and professional. This is the second time I've used Zerorez services for carpet cleaning and I would use them again.

Our technician was extremely friendly and efficient. Went above and beyond it seemed. Area rugs look great. He cleaned 2 9x12 rugs and a 8x10. One of the 9x12s had a month old DayQuil spill that he completely removed.

Guys were helpful and explained all the options available. Did an excellent job and answered my questions. Did five rooms and the linoleum in the laundry room.

Always have a good experience. The guys performing the services are real guys with real lives, we have great conversations. They are proactive with adapting to a creative solution or communicating when plans change. Of course the cleaning results are good and they can explain how the tech and materials work.

Jordan did an amazing job cleaning our antique area rug. He explained everything and reassured us about our concerns with cleaning an old rug. The rug dried quickly and odor was completely removed.

Prompt and very professional! I will definitely use Zerorez again! Josh was very conscience, kind and diligent in attempting to clean some tough areas in my carpet!

Zerorez gets our business every time. No one beats their service and quality. It’s a great customer experience.

Thank you Easton for a job well done. My items were extremely soiled and you tackled them with a great attitude and effort to get them clean. I will be calling you again!!

Timely, thorough for my needs, professional

Josh did a great job and cleaned 2 area rugs for us. He was very courteous and professional. He explained the procedure and answered all of our questions. His level of customer service is outstanding! Thank you, Josh!

Did an excellent job! Very nice, perfect customer service!!

Josh arrived on time, worked HARD, did an excellent job. He is an excellent representative of his employer.

The professional cleaning services were high quality, they were able to remove worrisome spots in my carpet. The technician was friendly, but professional.

The gentleman who completed the service was very nice and professional! He did a great job explaining his plan and then letting me know what had been completed. He absolutely gets 5 stars! The customer service manager Rosi - completely different story. She is so incredibly rude. I had to cancel a few times prior to… Read full review

10/15/24: I'm getting my carpets cleaned today. Thank you Zerorez for your promptness when I called for help! I spilled a 24 oz tumbler of Diet Pepsi on the living room carpet yesterday. Drat! I soaked up the dark amber fluid with several towels and called the professionals! And it’s Zerorez to the rescue! I was… Read full review

We are happy with our clean carpets. Harrison was very professional and knowledgable.

Our technician arrived promptly and was super professional. The cleaning took less than an hour, and they even let me apply a coupon I found after I’d already booked the cleaning. I’m extra happy because their cleaning is safe for our kids and cat.

I texted on the website to get an estimate and scheduled and received my service the same day! Great result! We even had our grout cleaned on a whim and the value of the service was amazing. My tile and grout look as good as new!
