I'm really impressed at how well the carpet came clean in our son's bedroom that had extensive spotting and ground in dirt all around the furniture.

We always use zerorez when it's time to clean our carpet.

Super happy! Had them clean 5 bedrooms, an office, and a livingroom area rug. Jordan was thorough, detailed, and listened to my priorities. He understood my goals and delivered. Stayed on task and finished quickly. House has a nice, clean citrus scent. Looking forward to having Jordan back next year!

The tech who came was named Brandon. He was on time, professional and let me know about the different steps of the cleaning process he'd be doing. Highly recommended.

Did an awesome job explaining the process. They were able to come earlier. They were able to get all the stains out except for two.

We LOVE Zerorez! We have them come out bi-monthly and do a refresh and remove any stains and each time we are just so impressed with the tech and the service. We won’t use anyone else for our carpet cleaning needs!

Devyn was courteous, patiently explained the what and why of what he was doing and did a thorough job of cleaning my carpet and tile. He took great care to not damage or scuff my walls or flooring with his equipment.

Wonderful service! Alex is amazing! Highly recommended and appreciated.

It has been years since we had our carpet cleaned, and have a pet who has been rough on the carpet. Service tech Jordan was prompt, walked through with us to understand our concerns, and gave us good information so we could make a decision about how to proceed. Carpets look great now!

They did a great job. It was a bit more expensive then I planned for but they removed pet stains that other companies hadn’t been able to do. Would recommend. The technician was great. Very professional and friendly.
