Josh was so great! service was impeccable, so thankful he was working that day. ☺️
The guy was very friendly and I don’t know if it is his fault your products but I just spent over $200 for carpets to look like I used my own carpet cleaner. I don’t see one stain that has been removed from any bedroom.
Excellent quality cleaning! We had a carpet, two sofas, and three rooms done today, and everything turned out great! Josh did an excellent job. My son’s dog had seizures in my living room, which caused him to lose control of his bladder and bowls right before he died. Josh took additional care to ensure all remnants of the waste were properly removed, including the smell. My furniture and carpet looks like new and smells fresh. I’m very pleased with the results.

I am thrilled with the results of cleaning by Jordan. He spent considerable time explaining the difference in the treatments he was doing, specifically for pet stain/odor, and then the protection applied at the end. These carpets are original to the house (circa 2017) so they have some wear, but they look so great now. Thank you so much!

Ruined my baseboards with spray. Their all brown where they soaked up the left over spray. Paid extra for pet stains which you can still see. Puddles of water left on adjacent flooring. Poor quality of product for the price. This is my fault as they did a HORRIBLE job last time I had them out. Therefore I should have NEVER used them again😣.

A bad nosebleed made a mess of our carpet, but ZeroRez was quick, came out same day, and made quick work of the stain!
Had 3 rooms, hallway, and dryer vent cleaned. The technician completed it all in an hour. I felt he rushed and didn’t take the adequate time to clean. I’ve used ZeroRez in the past and had a great experience so I was definitely disappointed this time around. The tech didn’t even bother to use shoe coverings as he walked in and out of the home.
Fast professional services. Definitely recommend!

The first time we use them they came in and did our carpets quick and nicely. Even sent them to the neighbors next-door to do theirs. Got a promotion deal for $49 a room and then called with all their added fees. It would be 170 for our two small rooms and hallway. Travel and additional fees they said. I can buy my…
They were friendly and professional. The carpets look clean but smell like old shoes. If we leave a bedroom door closed, even after 2 weeks, the rooms smells a lot like old shoes. That is our experience. 5 stars if the carpets didn't smell.

Zerorez did a great job! It's an old carpet so I wasn't expecting miracles but it looks so much better! Devin was really nice and informative. Very professional. I recommend Zerorez.
I like this cleaning method because it doesn’t leave a soapy residue that attracts dirt.
Thanks for the deep clean of our carpets. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. I could clearly see the difference in color of the carpets after the clean.

It has been years since we had our carpet cleaned, and have a pet who has been rough on the carpet. Service tech Jordan was prompt, walked through with us to understand our concerns, and gave us good information so we could make a decision about how to proceed. Carpets look great now!
The technician (Jordan G.) was very professional and knowledgeable, he made a point to understand my needs and offered recommendations approximately. Once we agreed the services, he did a thorough job and invited me to review his work on several occasions. I highly recommend Zerorez!
Alex was our technician and she was fantastic! Right on time, smiled, was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. And talk about a hard worker! Well, this was the first time we use zerorez and probably the last. The tech came inside to clean our four bedrooms upstairs. They were very responsive, they said they would call at least 10 minutes before they came and they actually did and I've had several companies tell me that and they didn't bother to do it, they just showed up. He had me look at the carpet when he was finished in case I had any comment or wanted any other parts…

After carpets were dry same dirty spots remained. Using a towel in a little bit of water and a little scrubbing I was able to clean them off, very disappointed zerorez could not complete the job. Also very disappointed that this even had to be done after such a hefty bill.

They did a great job! And the technician was great, wore a mask and was very nice and professional!
I had Mark come out from Zerorez to clean my carpets that had met their match with a couple animal accidents. The spots were no match for Mark. Chose Zerorez because my girlfriend had a great experience with them in Spokane… This experience was anything but good… First visit the technician did a good job in one room and rushed through the other three and it didn’t look much better in those rooms… So anyway, we called back and they sent the same person out…
Professional and Courteous. Will call again to do more bedrooms soon.
Great job!!!
Tech was very friendly
Paid the online price for carpet cleaning. When the technician came out, he upsold us something that would help if any pet smells were brought up by the cleaning agent. Our technician arrived on time and did a great job. The carpets look amazing! Highly recommend Zerorez
Update- as soon as they saw the comment about the truck, they texted me and were prepared to send him back to clean the small oil spot in the driveway. I had already taken care of it but good on them for their proactive response. The carpets look great, but his truck left oil in my driveway.
Our guy was amazing and as I am terrible with names I will call him the amazing guy

I used Zerorez to have my carpets cleaned after a year of having a puppy (and messes). They were very professional and communicated with me every step of the process. When they showed up, they did a thorough sweep of my carpets and used a black light to find the hidden pet spots. My house is now odor free and my…
Super friendly technician, did a good job. I’m only giving three stars because I feel like they’re way over price for the service. 30 minutes of work and my bill was $211. I believe if you shop this out they are probably the most expensive place in town. Also customer service told me when I booked that the…

Worst experience of my life . Left dirt all over the place . Washable kids paint didn’t even come off and aside from that it smelled like dirt .
