I'm glad I took advantage of the promotion and gave this a chance. He did a great job cleaning my carpet and the house smelled clean. We have three cats in the house and are carpets hadn't been shampoo'd in a few years. This made a difference and the gentleman did a great job. We will definitely use them again!

Our carpet is a very light cream color and he did such an amazing job. If you have darker carpet, trust it’s going to be super clean when done. They have been my go to, for years. First time writing a review, should have done it a long time ago.

Riley did a beautiful job of getting a 15 year old carpet clean. This carpet had withstood many of years of kids with juice and chocolate milk and a cat as close to basic wear and tear as possible. Polite respectful and efficient. 10 out of 10!

Always have a good experience. The guys performing the services are real guys with real lives, we have great conversations. The guy was very friendly and I don’t know if it is his fault your products but I just spent over $200 for carpets to look like I used my own carpet cleaner. I don’t see one stain that has been removed from any bedroom.

Josh did an excellent job. My son’s dog had seizures in my living room, which caused him to lose control of his bladder and bowls right before he died. Josh took additional care to ensure all remnants of the waste were properly removed, including the smell. My furniture and carpet looks like new and smells fresh. I’m very pleased with the results.

I am thrilled with the results of cleaning by Jordan. He spent considerable time explaining the difference in the treatments he was doing, specifically for pet stain/odor, and then the protection applied at the end. These carpets are original to the house (circa 2017) so they have some wear, but they look so great now. Thank you so much!
