The guy was very friendly and I don’t know if it is his fault your products but I just spent over $200 for carpets to look like I used my own carpet cleaner. I don’t see one stain that has been removed from any bedroom.

Carpet cleaning tech was very respectful and fun to talk to. He made it clear that some stains depending on what they were caused from may not get removed fully, I understood and am still happy with the results. The smells are gone and most stains are removed.

ZeroRez did an awesome job cleaning our upstairs carpets. We had a lot of pet stains in the hallway and they were able to get it all out. We are very pleased with their work and it smells fresh upstairs now- just in time to bring our next baby home.
