The technician was friendly and helpful with information to get the best possible results, without putting on pressure for an up sale. I am blown away with the service. After potty training two puppies, my rugs look brand new again.
Very professional, prompt, and courteous! My house has smelled like pets for a while. Not today! I'm very happy I called Zerorez! The dispatcher updated me on my tech's arrival. He was on time. Easton was done with the whole job in about an hour. I'm definitely using them again!

Alex does a great job. My stairs were matted due to foot traffic and had a few spills on the carpets, and Alex made them look like new. Great work for the price 👍
Service was great and super happy with the results
The kid did a very nice job cleaning the carpets. The reason I give 1star is because I was quoted a 4 room special @ 165.00 + 50.00 additional for pet stains in one room. To my surprise my bill was 835.00, I was shocked. The only explanation by the office manager was well we can’t see your carpet so it’s up to…
Great service Friendly Super fast Smells good

Guys were helpful and explained all the options available. Did an excellent job and answered my questions. Did five rooms and the linoleum in the laundry room.
I highly recommend Zerorez. I was attempting to clean an area rug when my carpet cleaner broke. Since I had it prepped for cleaning I contacted Zerorez to see if they had time to clean it today. Fortunately they did and were at my home within a couple of hours. The technician was very polite and kind and did a…
I was quoted $210 for a couch and loveseat then charged another $100 for the product the day of the service. That fee was never discussed when the quote was given.
The guy was very friendly and I don’t know if it is his fault your products but I just spent over $200 for carpets to look like I used my own carpet cleaner. I don’t see one stain that has been removed from any bedroom.
Did a great job, showed up on time, clear communication, super chill, and helpful worker. Good deal too
Josh did a fab job. He was so mic and got all stains out. I give 10 10 10.
Well done! The dog spots came out well and I was presented with a demo of the protectant to see how it performs. Job looked nice when done! I have used zerorez for years and have always been pleased with their customer service and cleaning. I will keep using them as my carpet service.
Roberto went above and beyond to make my old carpeting and couch look fantastic! I would definitely use Zero-rez again.

Great service, friendly and accommodating office staff and the technician was helpful, accommodating and easy to work with. Definitely recommend!
Josh did an excellent job. My son’s dog had seizures in my living room, which caused him to lose control of his bladder and bowls right before he died. Josh took additional care to ensure all remnants of the waste were properly removed, including the smell. My furniture and carpet looks like new and smells fresh. I’m very pleased with the results.

Easy to get appointments and great customer service
I am thrilled with the results of cleaning by Jordan. He spent considerable time explaining the difference in the treatments he was doing, specifically for pet stain/odor, and then the protection applied at the end. These carpets are original to the house (circa 2017) so they have some wear, but they look so great now. Thank you so much!
Did an excellent job! Very nice, perfect customer service!!
The technician, Nick, did a great job. He explained what needed to be done to achieve the best outcome and the cost. We like to have Nick for our next carpet cleaning care. The carpet look very clean. Thank you, Nick at Zerorez.

The gentleman who completed the service was very nice and professional! He did a great job explaining his plan and then letting me know what had been completed. He absolutely gets 5 stars! The customer service manager Rosi - completely different story. She is so incredibly rude. I had to cancel a few times prior to…

Bryce arrived on time, made very helpful suggestions and was very quick about getting the job done. This is the second time we have used Zerorez and we have nothing but good things to say about them.
Ruined my baseboards with spray. Their all brown where they soaked up the left over spray. Paid extra for pet stains which you can still see. Puddles of water left on adjacent flooring. Poor quality of product for the price. This is my fault as they did a HORRIBLE job last time I had them out. Therefore I should have NEVER used them again😣.
Very professional! Did a great job on my carpets and took the time to work on problem areas!
very friendly, great worker ,Best costumer service ever.

While the work seemed to be done well, we paid the tech and gave him a tip. After we paid him, he then tells us he knocked a picture off our wall and shattered the frame. Thanks for waiting until after your paid to tell us of damage you caused.

Cameron, did a fantastic job. He cleaned all my duct work and returns, plus cleaned my carpets. He's very courteous and knows his job. Gayle Cook
Had a pet soiling emergency and they came to the rescue, prompt, and did an awesome, awesome job! As a Realtor I will highly recommend them to my clients and friends.
We ended up having mixed results. Our carpets are cleaner overall but some marks were left during the process. They came back and fixed the problem. Really excellent service.
Exceptional service and expert technician. We've used zerores in the past and will always use them when cleaning carpet and upholstery.
I’ve used this service more than once and have appreciated the friendliness of the technicians.
Great communication, arrived at scheduled window of time appropriately. Brandon was the tech who was extremely polite, very professional, and very courteous of my home. My furniture smells great, it looks great and I am so thankful I made my upholstery cleaning choice with this company. Thank you!
Excellent experience. Jordan was professional, thorough and friendly. We'll definitely be using ZeroRez again!
I love zerorez, I’ll continue to keep using them! Very professional and helpful!
I was Sooo pleased with the service zerorez did with my carpets. I didn't know what was in my carpet from the previous owners and having Zerorez come clean them and the results they got are amazing! Highly satisfied!!!!
ZeroRez did an awesome job cleaning our upstairs carpets. We had a lot of pet stains in the hallway and they were able to get it all out. We are very pleased with their work and it smells fresh upstairs now- just in time to bring our next baby home.
Professional, courteous, thorough. Did a great job. Couldn't be more pleased with the results. We'll definitely use their services again in the future. Would absolutely recommend.
They always leave my carpet looking and smelling like new! Very impressed!
