The technician was friendly and helpful with information to get the best possible results, without putting on pressure for an up sale. I am blown away with the service. After potty training two puppies, my rugs look brand new again.

Very professional, prompt, and courteous! My house has smelled like pets for a while. Not today! I'm very happy I called Zerorez! The dispatcher updated me on my tech's arrival. He was on time. Easton was done with the whole job in about an hour. I'm definitely using them again!

I was quoted $210 for a couch and loveseat then charged another $100 for the product the day of the service. That fee was never discussed when the quote was given.

The guy was very friendly and I don’t know if it is his fault your products but I just spent over $200 for carpets to look like I used my own carpet cleaner. I don’t see one stain that has been removed from any bedroom.

Well done! The dog spots came out well and I was presented with a demo of the protectant to see how it performs. Job looked nice when done! I have used zerorez for years and have always been pleased with their customer service and cleaning. I will keep using them as my carpet service.

Josh did an excellent job. My son’s dog had seizures in my living room, which caused him to lose control of his bladder and bowls right before he died. Josh took additional care to ensure all remnants of the waste were properly removed, including the smell. My furniture and carpet looks like new and smells fresh. I’m very pleased with the results.

Easy to get appointments and great customer service

I am thrilled with the results of cleaning by Jordan. He spent considerable time explaining the difference in the treatments he was doing, specifically for pet stain/odor, and then the protection applied at the end. These carpets are original to the house (circa 2017) so they have some wear, but they look so great now. Thank you so much!
