Zerorez Tri-Cities

The technician was friendly and helpful with information to get the best possible results, without putting on pressure for an up sale. I am blown away with the service. After potty training two puppies, my rugs look brand new again.

Very professional, prompt, and courteous! My house has smelled like pets for a while. Not today! I'm very happy I called Zerorez! The dispatcher updated me on my tech's arrival. He was on time. Easton was done with the whole job in about an hour. I'm definitely using them again!

Carpets and couch look great!

Corey did a good job. Nice and personable.

The father of my three children died in a motorcycle accident a few weeks ago. So many people flocked to our house to help make things as easy as possible for me and the kids. To make everything clean and calm around us to help with our grieving and healing. And we really needed a carpet and couch cleaning... My… Read full review

Nathan was professional and did a great job!

Cory was professional and did a great job on my carpets. The price was reasonable as well.

Showed up early and did a great job on our carpet and bay window cushions! I was able to book online with an appointment in less than 24 hours. Great price and highly recommend!

Alex does a great job. My stairs were matted due to foot traffic and had a few spills on the carpets, and Alex made them look like new. Great work for the price 👍

Service was great and super happy with the results

The kid did a very nice job cleaning the carpets. The reason I give 1star is because I was quoted a 4 room special @ 165.00 + 50.00 additional for pet stains in one room. To my surprise my bill was 835.00, I was shocked. The only explanation by the office manager was well we can’t see your carpet so it’s up to… Read full review

Guys were helpful and explained all the options available. Did an excellent job and answered my questions. Did five rooms and the linoleum in the laundry room.

I highly recommend Zerorez. I was attempting to clean an area rug when my carpet cleaner broke. Since I had it prepped for cleaning I contacted Zerorez to see if they had time to clean it today. Fortunately they did and were at my home within a couple of hours. The technician was very polite and kind and did a… Read full review

I was quoted $210 for a couch and loveseat then charged another $100 for the product the day of the service. That fee was never discussed when the quote was given.

The guy was very friendly and I don’t know if it is his fault your products but I just spent over $200 for carpets to look like I used my own carpet cleaner. I don’t see one stain that has been removed from any bedroom.

Did a great job, showed up on time, clear communication, super chill, and helpful worker. Good deal too

Josh did a fab job. He was so mic and got all stains out. I give 10 10 10.

Well done! The dog spots came out well and I was presented with a demo of the protectant to see how it performs. Job looked nice when done! I have used zerorez for years and have always been pleased with their customer service and cleaning. I will keep using them as my carpet service.

Roberto went above and beyond to make my old carpeting and couch look fantastic! I would definitely use Zero-rez again.

Fantastic service!

Josh was Very helpful and thorough. Josh did a great job and worked hard to make sure it was done well and as good as he could.

Thank you Easton for a job well done. My items were extremely soiled and you tackled them with a great attitude and effort to get them clean. I will be calling you again!!

Great service, friendly and accommodating office staff and the technician was helpful, accommodating and easy to work with. Definitely recommend!

Josh did an excellent job. My son’s dog had seizures in my living room, which caused him to lose control of his bladder and bowls right before he died. Josh took additional care to ensure all remnants of the waste were properly removed, including the smell. My furniture and carpet looks like new and smells fresh. I’m very pleased with the results.

Easy to get appointments and great customer service

I am thrilled with the results of cleaning by Jordan. He spent considerable time explaining the difference in the treatments he was doing, specifically for pet stain/odor, and then the protection applied at the end. These carpets are original to the house (circa 2017) so they have some wear, but they look so great now. Thank you so much!

Did an excellent job! Very nice, perfect customer service!!

The technician, Nick, did a great job. He explained what needed to be done to achieve the best outcome and the cost. We like to have Nick for our next carpet cleaning care. The carpet look very clean. Thank you, Nick at Zerorez.

The gentleman who completed the service was very nice and professional! He did a great job explaining his plan and then letting me know what had been completed. He absolutely gets 5 stars! The customer service manager Rosi - completely different story. She is so incredibly rude. I had to cancel a few times prior to… Read full review

Bryce arrived on time, made very helpful suggestions and was very quick about getting the job done. This is the second time we have used Zerorez and we have nothing but good things to say about them.

Ruined my baseboards with spray. Their all brown where they soaked up the left over spray. Paid extra for pet stains which you can still see. Puddles of water left on adjacent flooring. Poor quality of product for the price. This is my fault as they did a HORRIBLE job last time I had them out. Therefore I should have NEVER used them again😣.

Very professional! Did a great job on my carpets and took the time to work on problem areas!

very friendly, great worker ,Best costumer service ever.

Zerorez did a fantastic job of making my 19 year old carpets look almost new again. Had some dark stains they were able to get out and the color looks so much better overall. The employee that came did a great job and my husband said he was awesome to work with. Highly recommend!!!

The specials are great but the up charge to treat pet stains is excessive.
