Zia Automotive Repair

I am so impressed with Zia Automotive. They treated me so well, very respectful, very informative, never once felt like they were trying to pull a fast one on me. I definitely will choose this spot for future repairs and will point all family and friends to this location. You can't go wrong!

Glade to say I have a new mechanic, Zia! A++ Thank you all!

Very helpful and understanding

I've been going to Zia since 2015 for all me vehicles. Not once have I been unhappy. Their technicians are top-notch and everyone I work with is professional and helpful beyond expectations. Thanks Zia!

Chuck and the crew deliver amazing customer service and worked with me on finding the best option for situation.

I had the pre-inspection for a vehicle I bought. They did a great job and were kind and courteous. Dropped it off first thing in the morning and picked up the car in the afternoon.

Very efficient, professional and thoughtful.

Second time I have taken my vehicle to Zia. Everything was done on a timely basis and got my vehicle when I was told I would get it. Excellent customer service and a job well done. Thank you.

My turbocharger went out on my Ford Escape, and I got quoted $4,200 at another shop for the replacement. I took it to Zia and they confirmed the diagnosis, and quoted me $3,300, a much more reasonable price for the job. I appreciate their work, and I’ll definitely be coming back again.

I am extremely happy on the service my equinox got ! Josh G was extremely pleasant and informative about what they did to my car . I already gave out his card to my friends and told them about the great service.

My most recent visit: I went in for an oil change and a new oil pan. They did the work fast and did a good job. Chuck is always very helpful and kept me updated. The downside is it is getting very expensive. 😬 The labor cost is now $190 an hour. I was blindsided by the cost this time. Hope my car is good for a… Read full review

Chuck was great. My new go to auto repair

Really appreciate the diligence of the shop. I had a problem with the AC compressor and they continue to work on it until they fixed it.

Very clean professional shop with good communication. Recommended.

I asked them to inspect a used Honda I was in the process of purchasing. They did a very thorough job. I was able to complete my purchase with confidence.

I’m sure this place is great for a lot of people, but it wasn’t a fit for me. I want to be able to trust you as a professional and I want to feel respected. Extremely overpriced compared to other places I’ve called.

Took me right away. They needed time narrow down problem. Informed me of what was going on. Was able to pick up after a few days. So far so good.

Zia Auto is a great repair shop. Prompt service. My job was completed ahead of their estimated time! Will use again.

Does very professional work.

Staff was extremely helpful, respectful, and professional. They diagnosed the problems with my vehicle, gave an estimate of the cost, kept me updated with changes to the status of my vehicle and the work being done on my vehicle, and gave a thorough explanation of repairs and costs when I went to pick my vehicle up.

Don’t waste your time or your money with these people they will try to tell you anything is wrong with your car to make money I was told my head gasket was blown so I went and got a second look and it was my fuel pump

Did a good job but if you have to deal with Alex I feel bad for you. Unprofessional and rude. This whole experience buying a vehicle from zia was stressful and expensive.

Great people, honest and fair.

As always Zia is helping me hang on to my old car!!! Thanks for making my life quick and easy! I know my car is in good hands. Joy
