I always get quality work at amazing prices. I recently was told by a dealership that I needed to replace all my brakes. After Zia did the inspection turns out only my front brakes needed to be replaced. I've been going here for over 10 years and I've never had any issues.

These guys took amazing care of my vehicle. I’m from out of town. Was traveling with my pups for the balloon fiesta i broke down and was towed to Zia. They worked all day to get me back on the road and were so nice to me and my dogs. I’m so so grateful to them and their team!

My first visit for repairs was very good. (I had gotten fed up with my former mechanic shop.) For one, nearly every other mechanics shop I checked on wants you to pay for an "inspection" before they would work on whatever your problem is. In my case, I used my personal code reader to predetermine what the problem area was. In informed Rich (my Zia counter guy) of the code and he was able to explain the potential fixes. I appreciated Zia's repair policy. They will charge you $210.00 for determining the problem BUT, that $210. is a credit towards whatever the repair ends up being. If they find nothing wrong, the credit will remain on your account and can be applied the next time you need repairs. I thought that was fair. Rich called me and gave me the estimate and I approved the repair and cost. My truck was ready the next day (although it seems that most of the time they do same day repairs) and when I picked it up, I was grateful the truck had been BACKED into the parking spot so I could easily drive out which makes an 82-year old-man thankful. So my first visit was fine. For the moment I will assume it will stay that way and will return.

Because it took longer than expected for the battery to arrive, we waived the installation charge as a courtesy.
